地理位置很棒，周围很安全，都是巡逻的警察，附近逛街的很多。酒店餐馆就是米其林两星的！

I was thrilled to at last be able to stay there. Staff was above and beyond kind and friendly. Le Relais in the hotel was the best meal of our trip! I felt incredibly welcome and hope to return next year.

パリでの滞在で初めて利用しました。老舗のトップレベルホテルで期待していましたが、サービスや雰囲気などは悪くはないですが、価格からみたコスパは微妙だと思いました。スイートに泊まりましたがそれでも浴室、洗面は狭かったし、中庭でのカフェや食事はは冬で閉鎖されていて残念でした。 パリも含めて世界中の有名ホテルを泊まり歩いてきましたが、次回は違うホテルでいいかと思いました。 立地はブランドショップまで徒歩で行ける点は良かったです。

우선 위치가 아주 좋았고 직원들도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 특히 조식은 파리에서도 최고이지 않을까 생각합니다. 다만 호텔 연식이 조금 있어서 내부 시설이 아쉬웠습니다. 같은 금액이면 앞으로는 Cheval Blanc을 가지 않을까 생각합니다.

The staff was incredible when we needed a different room due to a noise issue-they did everything they could to make us comfortable and the rooms were immaculate. They even had a special “mother/daughter in Paris” monogrammed piece of nutty chocolate boxed to perfection waiting for us in the room! Beautiful hotel with staff that really care.

The staff are rude and not helpful in the slightest. It was the worst check-in experience and check-out I’ve every had in my life

The view is unbeatable but the room condition is on average compared to the price. However we have been waiting for 3 hours to check in after the scheduled check in hour. Thus our dinner appointment has to be postponed. And there is an additional 129.5Eur under "contribution employe" upon checkout, the staff had never informed us this is optional and just included it in the final invoice. We only found out from hotel.com later that this isn't part of tax or room charger they agree with. The overall experience isn't too pleasant.

It was an outstanding hotel;service and staff were excellent. I was wrong about the VIP treatment; we did receive wine and desert in the room. I believe they treat everyone as VIP’s!!

O valor não condiz com o que hotel proporciona. Pedi meu café da manhã no quarto eles não levaram e não deram satisfação, o chuveiro muito ruim fica oscilando uma hora sai muito quente o outra fica gelado. Esperava mais do hotel, de todos que fui do mesmo padrão esse foi o pior.
