We booked suite but it was very small, on the booking website they didn’t mentioned it was SOFA BED so I expected 4 normal single beds, but it was not. There was only 1 staff in the lobby at night and he was not so friendly. The room was really SMALL and definitely not suitable for 4 people even it was a suite. The beds made me itchy and I couldn’t sleep well at night. Again, the room was very crowded for 4 girls to live in. if you have a bit more budget please don’t choose this hotel.
We had been stationed in this hotel for 6 nights. The access card would not worked for every 24hours and need to queue up at the counter to fix the cards everyday.
There was always long queue in front of the front desk. Imagine you come back Hotel around 8:00-9:00pm at night while still need to wait for 30-45 minutes to fix the card before you can access the room.
The stafff however were in general extremely impolite, particularly to Asian customers. When they saw Asians ppl were waiting, they hiding back in the office, stop processing the queue and let you wait longer.
Once we queued up again to fix the cards at night, the receptionist simply let another European skipped the line and fixed their card in priority. We expressed our disappointment and asked if the receptionist could provide his name to us. He then told us he would call the police to arrest us!
We tried to raise our concerns to the hotel another day followed but no one respond.
We tried to contact Adagio management later after, still no possible feedback.
We strongly feel the race discrimination happened on our family and would like to share our bad experience with all of you.
