乾淨，舒服的地方。雖然外面的路還是石子泥土路，但是櫃台有好心提醒前往海灘的路徑，整體來說很滿意。

優點如其他房客所言，缺點如下： 1、門口約5分鐘腳程的石子路無法拉行李，穿拖鞋沒辦法好好走路，下雨會泥濘。check in & check out建議叫tricycle。 2、打掃房間不ㄧ定會補盥洗用品，過了打掃時間就無法自行索取。

房間乾淨，床非常軟好睡（床有躺下就無法醒來的魔力），浴室寬敞水壓正常也有熱水。服務人員很親切，問題都會協助，櫃檯小姐有主動詢問我們隔天出門時間，在早餐時間前出門的話，會前一天為客人準備好三明治，很貼心。

The resort is close to Alona Beach, and it is very new and clean. The most impressive in this resort is the lady at front desk. She is very helpful and always wears smiles on her face. What's more, she helps us to call spa coming to the resort and it is really awesome. I can say it is the best spa in Panglao. The breakfast is yummy and they are very sweet to prepare before the day we leave early so that we can take sandwiches with us. However, bathroom is very humid, if improves this, that will be perfect. Overall, next time I definitely will book this resort again.

飯店整體很舒適，只是我們住的那間四號房廁所水龍頭跟衛生紙筒都有點鬆動了沒有維修，地面沒開冷氣會有點反潮，早餐有六種選項，每天都吃不一樣的還不錯，飯店外面的路面真的蠻爛的，走到海邊大概要10多分鐘，但也因為這樣比較清靜，其餘住宿經驗都還不錯，飯店很漂亮。

飯店位置不錯，走路出去5分鐘就有東西吃，但走到大路還有一小段石頭路崎嶇不平，也沒有路燈，比較危險一點。房間沒有多的椅子與桌子，要從房間外的陽台搬進房間使用。熱水非常不熱，大概洗了1分鐘就要再等5分鐘才有熱水。

員工親切友善
員工非常親切且友善 但房間比想像中小很多，整潔度大致上還不錯，但小細節看得出來沒有打掃的很仔細 泳池很小一個，只適合給小朋友玩水 走路到海灘約5～10分，但是是很小條的小路，晚上非常的暗且沿路都隱約聞得到尿騷味 走路到大街上還算近，吃東西也蠻方便的 整體來說表現平平

正在做工程，水喉常常沒熱水
第一晚沖涼沒熱水(有修理)，第二天下午沒電沒水(週邊全區都沒電沒水），晚上沒熱水(有修理)，第3天下午沒熱水(有修理)，第4晚有熱水，第5晚沒熱水(這晚說明天才能找人修理但我明天都離開了）。我問酒店是否只有我房間這樣，他們說不是，但每次只有我投訴他們才找人修理？ 廁所每天都有臭味。 每天白天都在做工程，吵得沒辦法好好休息放鬆。 其實環境不錯，泳池漂亮，地點OK，員工也算有禮。冷氣很夠冷。

PROS: Big spacious room and bathroom. Clean swimming pools with a little play area for toddlers. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach, restaurants and the centre of the small town. CONS: The WIFI reception is poor, the TV programs are basic, and the food in the restaurant isn't good but you are close to restaurants anyway.

I would stay there again. Beds were comfortable, filtered water was plentiful and nearby, fridges worked and most of all it was within a 10 minute walk to the quiet parts of the beach and an easy walk to down town food and activities

The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is efficient. You can access a bigger pool in the connected hotel which is very nice as well. On our first days, the hot water was not working but was not a big issue as weather was hot. The bed and pillows are great!! Very good price for value hotel. I recommend!!
