A/c unbelivable weak, shower area is a joke, difficult to turn yr body. the water pressure very low....Can't believe this kind of hotel can be survived.

good location, near the central station. it is convenient to take the bus or train to other cities. It is located in the main district where a lot of historical sites and restaurants could be found.

This hotel is in an excellent location if you like to walk to the historical sites. And there are many. But for the hop/on:hop/off buses and trolley trains it’s a hike. I really wanted to go to the catacombs but it was a 38 minute walk. This is an older building so furniture and bedding are old and uncomfortable. You have to ask for air conditioning or they keep it off. 5euro breakfast was nice but since it was all pastry, cereal, ham & cheese it should have been included in price. My room was very dark so I had to keep overhead lights on. Be sure to ask for a large window if you decide to stay there

La colazione potrebbe essere migliore e le camere sono un po' vecchiotte. Il personale è molto gentile e la situazione è ottima. L'albergo è vicino al centro e alla stazione. E' stato un bel soggiorno.

Friendly and super clean. 8-10 min to train and bus station. Across the street from market. The rooms are older and there are a few steps as older blogs but there is an elevator to second floor after nice lobby with 5 steps. Staff 24 hr. Marco and Salvatore front desk welcoming and helpful. They opened microwave for us to warm snack. There is bkfst 7:40-20:40a that looks good but our schedule didn't match. Easy walk to the Mercado foods and to Quattro canti and Massimo opera. Went to every place trapani and Cefalù and Montreale and museums as so close to station. They held bag while we went to Taormina and returned to stay more night. The only misfit is that bus Roma has a homeless lady but maybe that will change. It is safe and parallel to marqueda so one can walk around

It was convenient. The staff was very courteous and helped me to access my email which had had an overseas hold on it. The hotel was in walking distance of the train station and had several city bus routes serve the place. The dining was good. I explored the light rail system. Overall, very good!

At the outset, yes, I would stay here again. On the plus side, it’s conveniently located close to the station and a short walk from much else. The staff was very nice and someone is at the desk 24x7. One the downside, the hotel’s one-time grandure is history and there’s nothing “nice” about it. If you’re OK with that, then you’ll enjoy a nice, functional stay.

Skeleton room key. Very unusual these days. Checkin process was simple efficient. Front desk was very helpful. Hotel is older. Room had character. Would have liked more elec outlets.

Great location and loved the classic rooms with high ceilings. Could walk almost everywhere and convenient to train station when we needed public transportation and airport access. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The low rating was due to minimal connectivity via WI-FI, extremely small shower with mold, and air conditioner that worked but had to call front desk to turn it on/off. They did not leave the control in the room. Happily it was not extremely hot when we were there.

They have friendly, welcoming, attentive and professional staff. It’s safe, very clean, spacious and beautiful city view from my hotel room balcony. Bed was very comfortable. It’s a bus ride from and to the airport. It’s well located to public transport. Nearby plenty of historical places to visit. Walkable to plenty of restaurants, bars, cafe and shopping. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Highly recommended when visiting Palermo.

Fantastique ! Tout le personnel est vraiment très agréable et souriant. Le directeur parle très bien français. Il nous a fait de bonnes recommandations de visites et de restaurants. Laetitia aussi parle Français ! Elle vous servira votre bon petit déjeuner avec le sourire. Giovanni et les autres personnes à l'accueil parle très bien anglais et sont aussi très sympathiques, serviables et professionnels. L'emplacement est idéal entre la gare et le centre historique. Que du positif ! Nous recommandons vivement ! Merci à tous pour votre accueil.

Personale accogliente e disponibile. Un paio di pecche a mio avviso risolvibili con poco: i detergenti in bagno non erano abbastanza sufficienti,kit igiene orale assente, telecomando climatizzatore assente. Tutto sommato discreto.
