「10:40到了科隆港口后，几番联系联系不上酒店，在当地buzz餐厅中员工的帮助下，得知机场有工作人员接机。自己打车到机场，找了许久才找到接机的工作人员，安排我们在机场对面的小凉亭里等了20分钟，工作人员再次出现，安排我们上车继续等了一个多小时，在我再三询问下才发车，1:00到达机场，下午4:30才正式到达酒店。在机场感觉自己完全受到了无视，在酒店里跟前台提起自己的经历，得到的回复是，“噢，那可真是遗憾啊，对不起。”仅此而已。总之，这家酒店并没有给我太好的回忆。」

「從公主港巴士做3.5-4小時抵達Roxas巴士總站 再做嘟嘟車過去指定的酒吧等待 一定要2PM準時 請注意巴士時間，海水乾淨 但是浮潛能見度不好，從潛店前游出去50米有滿滿珊瑚跟魚群，運氣好可以看到魚風暴（照片都是調過色的）海水上冷下熱，住宿就真的很差 我覺得，晚上才有電，風扇累積厚厚的灰塵，吹起來無風，蚊蟲到處都有直跑進來，床上打不完的沙，我真的睡不好.....但員工服務很好很親切，再一次機會 要等他有冷氣我才要來 哈哈哈哈」

「I didnt know what to expect when I booked it. Arrival was by bus from the airport to the harbour and boat to the island. The harbour is not easy to maneuvere, and not advisable for anyone with mobility issues. There are 16 cottages and they are small but lovely, mine [number 1] was right on the beach. The staff and boatmen are lovely and nothing is a problem to them, including arranging excursions for you. Food is good and pool area great. Thank you for a wonderful peaceful week.」

「The staff was wonderful. Trasnportation to and from the airport was excelent and on time. When we arrived there were some issues woth our room which was addressed quickly. The resort overall is a beautiful paradise. The food was amazing. We also did the island tour which was amazing. Our tour guides were awesome and so helpful. I honestly could not ask for more.」
