Perfect stay in the center of Pakse
Well situated and comfortable hotel in the center of the crazy town of Pakse. The breakfast is good and the rooftop bar/restaurant provides a magnificent view together with good food. In the area you will find plenty of travel agents, coffee shops, a market and restaurants.

The rooftop restaurant and bar is convenient. Again i had a room with no view, so that is a little diappointing. The staff are friendly, but unlike the other hotels i stayed in Laos, they don't help with booking anything for you. This was not a big issue though, so I would recommend this property.

Awesome food morning and night on site.
Good location and excellent rooftop restaurant every night. Wonderful traditional Laos breakfast buffet. Great base to use for exploring the area via tours or motorbike.

Prisvärt hotell med utmärkt service
Ett äldre hotell som blivit varsamt renoverat och har forfarande kvar en ”gammal” charm. Sköna sängar, skapligt internet och frukost helt ok. Helt fanatisk personal och service. Hotellet ligger centralt och det är bara ca 10-15 minuter till Pakse flygplats. Det finns en del restauranger inom gångavstånd, annars är deras roof top restaurang mycket bra. Mycket prisvärt boende!

L’accueil et l’attention des employés dans cet hôtel est exceptionnel. Le déjeuner qui est inclus est très bien avec du bon pain et tout ce qu’il faut pour satisfaire un occidental. Les chambres supérieures sont très très bien ainsi que le resto sur le toit de l’hôtel (super belle vue). En revanche les chambres de base offertes sur hôtel.com n’ont pas de vraies fenêtres mais une fausse fenêtre (ouverture sur le couloir. Très propres tout de même avec un lit confortable mais nécessiterait une petite réfection mais pour les pas trop regardants ça reste parfait et tout le reste dans l’hôtel est vraiment bien donc….

From bad to worse
Never ever again, absolutely overrated hotel. Old, realy old hotel, tiny rooms, disgusting Shower/Toilet. But the worst part of the story is the non existing communication, they simply irgnored my email inquiry aswel my whatsapp inquiry. Well, never ever again.

Hôtel bien situé .Accueil propreté grande chambre spacieuse avec salle de bains équipée Eau gratuite tous les jours Sans demande le ménage est fait tous les jours Le petit déjeuner en libre service est copieux et propose viennoiseries,pain gâteau fruits plats asiatiques.....rien ne manque une cuisinière est là pour les cuissons à base d’oeufs Le soir sur la terrasse le restaurant LE PANORAMA propose des menus top dont un fabuleux canard au café La vue sur la ville et le Mékong est magnifique Le personnel est au petit soin certains parlent français

街のほぼ中心地にあり、レストランやショップへは便利。スタッフは英語が話せてフレンドリー。併設する旅行代理店はとてもべんり。部屋は清潔で広さもちょうどいい。シャワーの水温はもう少し高いといいのに。朝食も質量とも普通。卵料理やヌードルはその場で調理してくれて温かく美味しい。 屋上のレストランは最高の見晴らしと料理。

Hôtel avec excellente restauration
C est un bon hôtel si vous choisissez une chambre avec fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet et super couvrant a la fois les besoins occidentaux et orientaux. Le dîner sur la terrasse sur le toit est très très bien, le chef s'y connait bien en cuisine

L'établissement est imposant avec un halle d'entrée vaste et élégant. Les chambres indiquées avec "window Corridor" sous tend qu'elles n'ont pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur..claustrophobe sans doute s'abstenir.

初めてのラオス南部の旅は、このホテルのおかげで快適でした。
三度目のラオス。08月の中旬と下旬に計４泊した。 最初に３泊した部屋は６階にある角部屋で、二つの方角に大きな窓があり、景色が素晴らしかった。 予約をする際、下から２番目のグレードのシティー・ビューの広い部屋を指定した。市街地の先にメコン川とその支流の川がよく見える。 ただし、二重のカーテンの外側がレースのカーテンではなく、厚い遮光タイプの銀色の生地（日本の消防服と同じ？）であるため、西側の窓のカーテンは午後の強い日差しが差し込むため、開けていられない。 エアコンは正常に作動しているが、窓の建付けが悪く（木製の窓枠が劣化している）、隙間から外気が室内に容赦なく流れ込む。内装はシックで上品である。調度品は古めかしいが、清潔感がある。 浴槽はなくシャワーのみだが、東南アジアではそれが標準。 洗面台でお湯が使えないことと、アメニティーが貧弱なのは、このクラスのホテル（今回の部屋で１泊当たり諸税込みで4,000円台後半）では納得できる。 ヘア・ドライヤーがないのは少し不便だが、ノープロブレム。 シーパンドーンから戻って更に１泊した。 ３階の、一応はシティー・ビューの部屋（予約時の条件）だった。部屋の窓から街並みは見えるが、低層階のため隣の建物の屋根ばかりが目に入る。 チェックイン時、レセプションで部屋のグレードアップ（有料）を勧められるも、辞退した。どうせ１泊だけで翌日のチェックアウト時刻も早いのだから。 シャワーを浴びようとしたが、古いドイツ製の湯沸かし器は調子が悪いのか湯にならない。これも東南アジアあるある。いちいち気にしない。翌朝、湯沸かし器のケースを外してボタンを操作したら、お湯が出るようになった。 クローゼットの扉とミニバーの冷蔵庫が入っている家具の扉は、どちらも木製だが、床に当たるため完全には開かない。 同じようなことはベトナムやミャンマーのホテルでも、数多く経験した。東南アジアでは建築物の施工不良にはかなり無頓着らしい。 前回も今回も無料の飲料水がたっぷり用意されているのは、とても有り難い。 夕食は、毎日ホテルの最上階（と言っても私が最初に宿泊した部屋のフロアの一つ上、エレベーターが通じておらず階段で上がる）のレストランで食べた。 「ル・パノラマ」という名前通り、360度の視界があり、眺望が実に素晴らしい。 宿泊初日には、夕方まで降っていたスコールが止んで涼しくなり、メコン川の方向には小さな虹が架かっていた。 私の後からも欧米人の客が次々に来店し、景色に見惚れていた。

The location is great. The staff are suprr. The rooftop restaurant is really good - terrific views and food. I had a standard room. It was adequate but not as clean as I'd expect.
