有接駁巴士由大津站到酒店方便住客，但車站指示不足，要問車站職員才找到車站，步行去酒店大約10-15分鐘。早餐豐富。對溫泉有少少失望，尤其戶外溫泉太小了

A very nice hotel with all rooms facing the beautiful 琵琶湖. The view was stunning when you opened the curtain in the morning. The room is big and newly renovated which is highly spacious enough for 2-3 persons. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both good that charged at reasonable price. A shopping mall with a big game centre is located just in 3 mins walk. Car park is free. I will definitely come back if I visit the place again.

Nice view, nice room.
There is a free shuttle bus outside Otsu station (the car park opposite to the Police station with words ‘バス’ on the ground). You don’t have to walk all the way to the hotel. The room is nice and much bigger than ordinary Japanese hotel. The Onsen is a bit small but it’s cozy enough. There are not many restaurants in this area though. Also, they have a really nice view from every room.

No complaints about the price, views and space at all. It's only the lobby Italian restaurant is too pricey and food standard is just average. We were the only table and staff could smile a bit more, they looked a bit unhappy which spoiled the resort ambience of the Hotel. Maybe that was why no one signed there during tea time but we were too tired to look for other restaurants after a long drive to the Hotel
