after the first day, the stay was fine. but the first day, the closet door fell off on me, they came in and put it back on. then the next morning while getting ready to go to disney, i went to take a shower and my foot about went through the bathtub. maintenance came over, they determined the tub was broken which then caused me to have to move rooms. so i had to pack up everyone's stuff, spend 2 hours moving rooms, and missed out on my disney day because it took over 4 hours to wait on the new room to be ready. they waived my resort fees for the stay. after we checked out, i noticed from my bank an additional charge from the hotel. they put back the resort fees instead of removing them as promised. so they take money from you after they told you they weren't charging you. modern day theft.

The tenants next door were ghetto and loud. Stayed up allnight. Limited parking due to people there that were not paid guests. Unacceptable and will never ever stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at Legacy , we rented the two bedroom condo . It was very clean and so comfortable. We loved that there are so many pools so there is one close to your room . We picked the rainiest week to stay and I loved that the resort texted when the pools were closed due to weather , helping to keep everyone safe . We would stay here again

I have stay at this property before and never had to deal with all the problems I had this first they over book the hotel so we couldnā€™t get the hotel we paid so they gave us a smaller room is has either that or just not have a place to stay then we went to open our door and the keys donā€™t work security had to come open the door and was like you need new keys we went to get new keys but after everything the room wasnā€™t that bad
