Room was somewhat different than what I picked and paid for but acceptable. Water in both sink and shower was like warm at best. Other than that a very pleasant stay.

The staff was great and I had no issues checking in and out, but the mattress was less to be desired. I could feel the springs around my body and could not get any restful sleep.

The left elevator consistently malfunctioned - and stopped between floors occasionally. kinda scarry. And on the 4th floor you could not call an elevator using the down button. Had to push the up button then either ride up before going down, or if no one else called it you could go straight down.

It was ok, but the barking dogs woke us up much earlier than we planned. The ironic thing was we saw no pets signs posted throughout the hotel. Go figure.

I liked that it was around other similar hotels and easy access towards downtown however the parking was not enough for all three surrounding hotels
