飯店的工作人員都很親切及和善. 下次出差到當地,一定會再入住此飯店. 飯店經理也很和善,提共不少用餐及交通上的訊息給我,讓我方便不少.

Place was disgusting. AC did not not. Smelled of smoke, vomit and cat piss. Left just after checking in. I would’ve slept in my vehicle before staying there. Photos on the website are lies. Did not receive a refund and was still happy to leave. Found a cheaper room down the street that was much better and as advertised. This place should be imploded as it’s time has clearly passed

I checked in Monday, and found out that the room I was staying in had bed bugs, the hard way… I told the staff and I was promptly allowed to move to a new room. After getting to the new room, I suffered internet issues that wouldn’t even allow me to stream Netflix. Upon telling staff, I was told it would be reset. The problem persisted… After a full day of no internet, I asked to be moved to a different location so I could utilize internet that’s included in my bill… I was told I could not be moved… I asked for a corporate number or email as well as an owner operator email or number and was told they didn’t have ANY of that information… Frustrated I asked again to be moved to be told it’s not possible when earlier today(Sunday) I was told I might be moved to an upstairs room after 12, and the gentleman who told me that, was gone before I could get back… In addition, I also asked why the heater wasn’t working in my room for the staff member to tell me they never lit the boiler… I’m anemic… I get cold… So there’s that…

This place has become a getto! A lot of people living at the motel. Very noisy. Smells like weed and mildew…could be that there is a weed dispensary in the lobby! WTH!! I will not stay again and wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies.

Horrible
This was the worst hotel.com place ive ever dealt with.i booked 5 kings and got 1 king and 4 doubles.2 of the rooms smelt like sewer,we requested to be all together and we were scattered across the hotel,the pool was still filled with green slimmy water and had ducks living in it.the homeless are all over the property,it just didnt feel safe.the guy checking us in was very rude,speaking to the girl coming in for her shift in their language.it was a disaster from the get go.one of our rooms got woke up by housekeeping and were told to go pay a deposit,which was paid at checkin.ill never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone

The listing on Expedia indicated they had airport shuttle service. When I landed and called they said didn't have it. Their shuttle was not working. They made no effort to find me other options. I ended up paying $60 to and from hotel to the airport. I would not have stayed here if they had notified they had no shuttle. Unacceptable service.

A good old hotel gone bad
$25 deposit put on credit card. Called & asked manager why it had not been deleted at checkout. Mgr. said wait 2-3 business days for credit. Since Biltmore has different management, it has become a turdhole. It not only smells bad, but there is only 1 bar, which they list having 2. While rearranging cords at desk, so I could plug in my computer, no cleaning done.

The website advertising for airport transportation. This hotel DOES NOT have a shuttle service. I would have stayed else where. This is false advertisement!!

Well i arrived and it seems the young lady had no clue , i told her that i contacted an agent of the Hotels.com to switch my booking day, she said that I was suppose to be there Friday, after she gave me her speech she then went ahead , she was busy with something on the computer, i mean i wasn't going to argue, anyway due to the problems I was having Friday I was tired, anyway there was a young man who was very irrational and the clerk was trying to help,well since I didn't have extra money for the room, I just went to Super 8, and checked in with them, sorry about Biltmore.

Poor upkeep
This hotel is not worth staying in. Had mice running throughout the room at night..the bedding had burn marks, and the property said it had a pool..well it did but it wasn't functional..so no swimming for my kids..won't stay at this place again.

The front desk was rude. There is also a $25 deposit you have to pay when you check in. Wasn’t expecting it to be $25 more than what the total stated it would be. People screaming fighting in the hallway/room next door from 2-3:30 am. I will NEVER stay here again. This was our 3rd time to stay, but I’ve been told there are new owners and they have destroyed this hotel.

It was terrible at check in they tried to charge me again even tho they had my id and I paid on this app and they barely understood me when I tried telling me while going to my room there was pee stains throughout the halls the room smelled like mold the sink didn't work when I tried to turn it on the handle came off and there is holes in the ceiling. The best time of the trip was getting the deposit back and leaving.

The only thing that was good was the water pressure in the shower other than that my room smelled like raw sewage there was a lady sitting out in her car all night selling dope right by the door you had to walk in and out of and everyone acts like she's not even there and cops were picking up someone from behind the dumpster for overdosing this morning it's disgusting zero Stars

This place is in a high crime area. It was very scary. I will never ever stay here. You should not have this as a place to stay. Its not safe.
