Nice place but poor management
The room was small and had extra furniture. Two sofas. I asked them to remove one but no luck. I also had to change my plans and even though a colleague was able to get a refund for his change I plans, I got double billed and could cage my reservation

Nice family getaway
It was a very good stay. We had some issues with the parking at first but the staff were helpful. The only negative is the being charged for changing the sheets and towels.

Great location next to the beach and walking distance to American village. Pack extra towels if you plan to go to the beach because they don’t provide extra ones you would have to pay an additional fee.

It was clean, beds were comfortable, had things we needed, washer, dryer. It was quiet. Liked the code entry, did not have to keep up with keys or cards. Easy check in and out.

We like everything about the property, except the microwave and the wall next to the sliding door are moldy. Even the smell of the drawers in the kitchen and the cabinet of the drawers smell moldy. There was an underwear left by another occupants inside the closet.

壁がうすいのか、外の音が聞こえるのと上の階の部屋の人がドンドンする音が響いた。それ以外は良かったです。

地點方便，設備齊全，整潔舒適
地點方便，在公路旁，一出酒店就是公車站，有很多公車可以坐。適合沒有駕車的旅客，從機場來也就一程車，大約一個半小時。離美國村近，可以走路或坐一兩個站公車。附近也有不少食堂。 房間環境舒適，洗手間很大，有浴缸、洗衣機和乾衣機。除了冰箱，也有微波爐和煮食爐。另外，還有吸塵機。基本上，可以給一家人一起生活一段短時間。

とてもキレイなホテルでした。 到着が遅くなると連絡すると電話で説明してくれました。 ただエアコンがきいてるのか、きいてないのか寒かったです。寝る時は布団があるのでいいのですが、部屋で過ごすのが寒かったので星が少なめです。 夏だと気にならないかもです！

アメリカンビレッジから車で5分程でビーチも近いです。コンビニは遠いので徒歩だと厳しいかも知れません。部屋の装備も充実してるので快適です。

記載のチェックイン時間内にチェックインいたのにも関わらず、こちらが遅れてきたかのような対応を取られた。 チェックイン時間は23時と記載があるが、スタッフがいるのが21時までのため、駐車場料金などの支払いがある場合は21時までとのこと。 夜中に何度も直電話をかけてきて、非常に不愉快でした。

家族で利用させていただきました。 台風の影響で、延泊を余儀なくされてしまったのですが、ご相談したところ宿泊した部屋のままで良いように手配してくれました。 ご担当の方、本当にありがとうございました。 キッチンに鍋やまな板、包丁、炊飯器、冷蔵庫、電子レンジもあったのでスーパーで買ってきた物を簡単ですが調理できたのは、今回台風で外食がほとんど出来なかった状況で非常に助かりました。 また、洗濯機と乾燥機もあったので、持ってきた着替えが少なくても清潔に保てたので、 快適に過ごせました。 コンドミニアムの良さだなと思います。 最後まで、ご対応していただき本当にありがとうございました。 また、沖縄に行く際は利用させていただきたいと思います。
