Nice place to stop for a nights rest during a road trip. Not much to do in the area but it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff isn’t always there, but when they are they’re very friendly.

The room heater was broken and had to get a space heater from staff. The tub did not drain, couldn't take a shower. No where on line does it tell you to check in at the other motel I mile down the road before a certain time. Nit the worst place in the world. Once we got heat. the room was comfortable and quiet. Probably would stay at their sister motel next time.

Sorry you had problems with your heat. We will bring the tub drain to maintenance's attention along with the heat.

Old and out dated hotel
We booked our trip in April for my daughters wedding, this place is out dated , the beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, the toilet seat was barely attached, there was nobody available to get us toilet paper, the window unit air conditioner definitely needs a good cleaning. The decor is old and the wall paper is peeling from moisture. The microwave is a dial one that barely worked and the small refrigerator didn’t keep anything cold thankfully the freezer worked. The price is ridiculous for what this place is. There are no vending machines no way to get ice after the staff Leaves and overall I would honestly say it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Decent, clean room. Back side of facility needs attention. Steps going up to room are extremely dangerous - old broken and shifted concrete. Other than that, it’s fine for an overnight.

Only a one night stay. The hotel was older, but well kept and comfortable. Service was excellent and friendly. Homey.

Convenient
Convenient location along the St. Lawrence River. My only complaint is that there are no available electrical outlets near the beds so you can charge your phone next to a bed.

The motel was very clean and kept well. The bed was comfortable. My only criticism is that there is no maid service until you leave. We were asked on our second day if we needed anything and our towel request and coffee request were completely taken care of. However I found a large hunk of hair not the right color or length to belong to us in the towels left on the Sink.

second time staying at this property; has beautiful lands and over looking the river - it can use an upgrade in the rooms. AC was not working properly and way too many bugs.

The room was clean; bed comfort OK; the noise from the heat/conditioner pretty much kept me awake most of the night. There was no one at the motel when we arrived; we had to drive up to the "sister" motel approx 2 miles up the road to check in.

A motel room that had no heat until we entered the unit - heating was provided by a window unit and room did not warm up until approximately 2 hours later. Of note - temperatures outside were near freezing. No staff on property - had to drive several km to another hotel/motel facility to pick up key. Would not recommend this motel - especially when weather is cold.

Beautiful room
The hotel was very nice and great location. The staff was very friendly and made the check in process very easy. I was checking in very late due bad weather, but they were very understanding. I arrived and check right in to a beautiful room and slept well. I will definitely be utilizing this hotel again.
