Upon arrival it took an hour to process the room, the credit machines were down and had to use their property atm with processing fee, deposit, resort fee per night. We were not told exactly where the room was located it was dark, 2 buildings sit behind the main lobby we went to the wrong room with an elvator which was out of order. In their defense it was the hotel after from them, walked 5 flights of stairs with 8 yr olds. Also when we finally got to our actual room their was a screw on the middle of the floor. We were not told about wifi Probably because it barely works. Kids tablets couldnt connect, also when i was asked to be accomdated for the mass inconvenience, their office manager Joanne threatened to evict me out of the rooms just because i asked for her last name and the 1st name of the general manager. The general manager did his best to use his professionalism helped with our issue. However, Joanne who was disrespectful, ignorant, i wont use the other adjective (I'm sure you can read in between the lines) should not be in any job with customer service could benefit from hospitality training again. She told me my requests werent going to happen, several times instead of asking her GM 1st. Hotel needs to be upgraded badly. Applicances dont match Kenmore with Whirlpool...okay. Good Luck.
