When we checked in I was told that my debit card had not gone though so I had to pay on the spot. I was 10:00 at night. I had no internet connection on my phone so was unable to check my bank. I have since found that my payment did go through so I have now paid twice for the night

Wrong room booked. Camp bed instead of actual bed
They booked the wrong room and couldn't fix it. I booked a family room (2 adults + 2 kids) for a 1-night stay through Hotels.com. Three weeks before arriving I got a message from the hotel saying "We inform you that the room you have reserved is based on 3 people and not 4 people. Please modify this. Good reception Hotel Le Paris." Fearing I had made a mistake, I double-checked my booking, it clearly said 'Superior Family Room; 2 Adults + 2 Children'. Relieved, I messaged the hotel with this and asked them to let me know if any issues. I heard nothing back and figured all was well. On arrival late in the evening, with a flight early the next day, we found a room with 3 beds, 3 cups and 3 towels, and and a camp bed setup in the middle of the room. I asked for the room we booked and was told the hotel had none available. After some delay, the receptionist (who was very nice) said she'd spoken with the manager and they could offer another double room at no charge. Not wanting to split up the family (with 2 small kids) I declined. I got the family to sleep and took the camp bed. It wasn't setup right and collapsed when I laid down on it. Pretty irritating. Anyway, set it back up and slept poorly on it before an early start the next day. Pretty poor service. Hotels.com offered to put me in touch with its relocation team (not practical). The hotel declined a refund. Hotel itself was ok. Of the 4 lights in our room, 2 worked. Shower was ok. We had to remake one of the beds as bedd

Bien qu’il y ait eu un différent sur le prix au départ, ceci expliquant peut-être cela, j’ai dû attendre plus ou moins 2h00, avant d’avoir ma chambre. Pour le reste, cela me semble correct.

Fantastic staff that were really helpful. Great hotel with wonderful breakfast available onsite. Perfect location for exploring the city centre. Would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!

vacances perturbées par événements exceptionnels
Notre séjour du 5/03/2020 au 28/03/2020 s'est très bien passé personnels très agréables conciliants et à notre écoute pour notre confort mais pas de chance avec le virus nous avons été obligés d'écourter notre voyage car l'hotel devait fermer son établissement le 24/03 vers 11 heures.L'hotel proposait une sortie à faire dans le sud de l'isle un programme très intéressant pour la journée qui nous plaisait mais hélas avec la tempete tropicale qui était prévue par la météo on n'a pas pu faire cette excursion tout a été annulé.

Hard to rate this property because everything in Noumea was stressed because of coronavirus. It was a convenient location for us but don't wait too long to find dinner nearby as restaurants close early.

Great short stay - friendly staff, clean and comfy
A great one-night stay. Conveniently located (walking distance to downtown Noumea area (also some excellent bakeries), helpful front desk and comfortable bed. Good shower pressure and free wifi. A bit warm in the hotel but can't really be helped given the weather; room AC however works really well. Airport shuttle service was really handy but be sure you book it at least 24 in advance - we left it very late and were very lucky to be able to still utilize this service (otherwise a taxi is twice the price).

Au regard des commentaires plutôt moyens vus sur Internet, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité des prestations, tant au niveau de la chambre qu'au niveau du petit déjeuner, copieux, varié et très bon. Nous y retournerons avec d'autant plus de plaisir que cet hôtel est remarquablement situé en centre ville de Nouméa, proche de tous les commerces centraux et services.

It’s a homely environment. Not too crowded and not very quiet. Close to all facilities including passengers terminal and closest to airport. Specially access shops at night is very critical in Noumea due to closing hours, it’s in the heart of the city which helps to access the shops within a walking distance when most of the are closed.
