Need to do reservation if you want to have meals in the restaurant. Not easy to find restaurants nearby without reservation. In general is very clean. Staff are very friendly and nice onsen

Room is big and price is getting increased every year! Service is good, but electricity supply in penthouse is not stable. One heater in the tatami room was broken and cannot be fixed. Breakfast is boring and very limited choice.

The location is OK, a bit far from the town center and almost no shops and restaurants around.
The wifi is terrible , have to go to the lobby to check my emails.
Been told the free shuttle bus service but no one mentioned the service needs to be booked in advance.
