「Great hotel, great location, great friendly staff」

「酒店地理位置好，酒店服務ok，同行朋友建議住同一層因為不同樓層卡用不了，經典2房可惜沒有獨立洗手間，如果有港澳插頭更好，沒有USB頭，整體還滿意！」

「Great location near the city, night market and the beach. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and tidy with amazing view. Definitely worth to pay to the rooftop 360 pool during the day and enjoy the night party. Lots of people in the hotel and the lifts take a while. But only minor comments overall. 」

「처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다」

「Perfect location near the places to visit. Cozy space and well furnished. One thing to improve is that the exact location and direction guide could be provided better.」

「First of all, you need to pay to use the rooftop pool. The main reason I picked this place because of pool photos. I think it’s a bit too much for people who are staying here to pay to use the pool especially there’s no info about it when I booked. Moreover, the housekeeper took my house (back home) key card by accident. Mine is all white, he/she could be confused as the master key but that is not acceptable. The staff sorted it out but no compensations about this incident. It took me two...

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」

「The location of this apartment is perfect. It’s has Lotte Mart in the downstairs mall. Many shops and restaurants nearby. And the decoration is same as the picture.」

「They had broken my suitcase and did not compensate me. Some equipment in the toilet was out of order and repaired half an hour later. 」

「客室の最低階7Fでしたが、海岸はバッチリの良い景色でした。価格的には十分かなと思います。それぞれオーナーが部屋を分け合っているみたいで、高価格の部屋は高層だと思います。40階の大きなホテルだったのでチェックインに時間がかかりました。3日に一度の清掃で、タオルは毎日交換でした。」

「Fantastic location, across the road from the beach and part of shopping mall so easy access to supermarket and restaurants. Apartment was very nice, they sent a cleaner every 3 days, which was really great. Host was very quick to respond to communication and requests. We asked for extra bedding for our third child and they quickly delivered. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! *Note, there is a fee to use the pool facilities. 」

「Well designed hotel, different villas provide different feelings, atmosphere and great views. Good management. Staffs are very friendly. Good breakfast with Western and Vietnamese choices. Excellent recreational programs like diving, spa, yoga and meditation etc... I truly enjoyed the hotel and relaxed myself totally.」
