「The hotel is easy to access as there is a bus stop outside of the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the Chuzenji lake, which is very beautiful. The onsen is really good and the scenery there is awesome. If I am coming back to Nikko next time, I will definitely visit the hotel again.」
