This is the first time in my life that I have such a bad experience. I booked a double bed. They provided me with a baby cot. Then told me that the website has a special price. But I paid the normal price. So I can't change the room even if I pay more. It's terrible! It's a hell trip

干净卫生，位置好，唯一法拉盛可以免费停车的酒店！房间打开窗户可以看到曼哈顿的夜景，酒店旁边步行两分钟就是一个大型商业广场，有吃有喝，还有大型超市，方便极了！

Great location for our needs. Restaurants and grocery shopping right outside our door. Free parking which is great in the city. Refrigerator s nice to have. No maid service for one of our rooms. No lobby to meet your friends and sit. No shampoo in room..only soap and conditioner.

The staff isn’t very welcoming to start. The elevator had issues with the door closing and opening like four times. The room was not very clean. They clearly didn’t clean the floors or bathroom well. It was gross. The office chair had stains or tears. I would not recommend this place for the price.

They texted me at noon on the day of my stay and said they were overbooked and my stay had been cancelled. This is the text: “Hyy good afternoon , grandview hotel new york We want to tell you that you had a booking here for today but we are overbooked due to some technical issues so we dont have rooms so please cancel the reservation we will refund you your amount and we are very sorry for that please co operate with us . Thank you” I booked this room more than a month in advance for $117. There is nowhere that would have been less than twice that. I stayed on a loveseat in a studio with friends.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It took 4 hours to get some towels (because they didn’t clean the room), since they kept forgetting that I asked. The alarm went off on the safe when I tried to open it so I asked the front desk to turn it off. Again, they forgot that I asked and when they finally showed up, they could not fix it. They told me to wait and never came back, so I went to the front desk (since they never picked up the phone) and the same guy that told me to wait said “how can I help you?” Like he’d never seen me before. They never got it fixed and I had to put a pillow over the safe so I could sleep. There were many other things, but all in all, just a terrible experience. DO NOT stay at this hotel.

The check-in took long simply because the person at the front desk was busy on his phone. It takes 2 time to navigate me to the correct room because the room assignment was wrong.
