The Staff especially the doormen were helpful & attentive. All Staff were very quick with any request. The only issue I had was the carpet in our room was a bit dingy(ish) & our room looked out onto the air conditioners :( Fabulous location.

I was surprised to see bed bugs .. I have told the front desk manager and she was very rude to me about that I wise not happy about the experience I had .. haven’t been in NY in years and that’s not what I was expecting.. my kids were very disappointed.. never again in that hotel…

The staff and the service they provide is 5-star. However, the property needs to get a bit updated/renovated. Time and ware & tear have taken a toll on the furniture and property.
