感覺被騙
訂咗一間 Hollywood room,一張雙人床及一張單人床,網站說房間上限三人,但冇講過如果真係要住三個人的話,係要加錢!而且落 booking 嗰時亦只需落一個人嘅名,又冇問住宿人數,去到check in先講第三個人要錢,仲要唔係平喎,個價錢可以book多間房都仲得,感覺上好似俾人呃左囉!同埋房嗰兩張床之間真係只係夠一個人行,間房細到連打開一個行李箱嘅位置都唔夠!虧佢仲可以話係豪華房!

第三次入住了,員工很helpful,今次入住一天後去了金澤和高山等地方,放低二件行李在酒店寄存,最後才回到名古屋再入住 Best Western,check in 時職員說早已把寄存的行李放到房間,很驚喜!因為試過很多次在其他酒店寄存行李,就算房價比Best Western 高出很多,也從沒有一間在我入住前就先把行李放進我將入住的房間!
