Always an excellent stay at a Mandarin Oriental! This one in Munich is such an exquisite place, away from the tourist apots yet close to Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe. Premium Deluxe Room on the 4/F had great space. Bathroom all electronic! Didnt want to get out of the shower! Service superb, from Concierge, Front desk and Restaurant.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Nice double windows - very quiet, can’t hear a thing in the suite! Service was average, especially concierge service. Not knowledgeable or particularly helpful.

En del mangler til 5 stjernet hotel
Indchekning tog virkelig lang tid da deres internet var nede og deres CC termoinal ikke duede men meget venlig receptionist. Dejligt og stort værelse med smuk indretning - rigtig behagelig seng og lækkert sengetøj.Mangler i minibar - ene underkop manglede samt oplukker (som vi skulle ringe efter). Pool og tagretassen var helt lukket da vejret var skiftende- hvilket var meget skuffende for vores datter og hele grunden til hvorfor vi havde valgt dette hotel i forhold til 4 Seasons/kempinski (som vi nok gør næste gang). Service ved morgenmad virkelig langsom ) nok grundet corona så buffet var væk) Slet ikke nok personale. Hotellet bliver pt udvidet så der er en stor byggeplads på den anden side af gaden som kan give støj.

Pure Bliss
This is an excellent hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms, very convenient location, friendly and attentive staff and wide variety of food at breakfast service. The bedding was very high quality and we had a fantastic sleep's night which was extremely comfortable. All around a very nice experience and in my opinion the best hotel in Munich

Everything was as we would expect from a European luxury hotel. Most important was the personal service from all staff members, including the desk staff, bell staff and concierge. Our room was large and well-appointed. The bath was also large with modern fixtures and plush linens.
