El hotel está muy bonito, pero la limpieza de las camas es terrible !!! Los edredones y las almohadas no huelen a humedad, huelen a las personas que estuvieron ahí, mal olor

Love the view and scenery. Unfortunately when you chose a colonial or older hotel sometimes warm water is a issue, and it was. I also don't like finding long woman hair on my bed or pillow case. I also like the convenience of going aa I please Unfortunately here you have someone opening and closing the gate

Agradable sorpresa y vistas increibles
Una grata sorpresa llegar por primera vez a este hotel. Primero me recibieron antes de tiempo y me asignaron cuarto lo cual se agradece mucho, la vista es hermosa y el restaurante esta cumplidor. La alberca tibia rico a la hora del SOL, y siempre muy amables todo el personal. Pedi plancha y burro lo cual se me proporciono sin costo extra y rapidisimo directo al cuarto. Todo muy bien, sin duda regresare!

Fabulous gardens & view overlooking Morelia's historic center with the beautiful Cathedral & the park with the zoo. Located on a hill in a great part of town. We took a taxi down to join the enthusiastic crowds for the night of Sept 15th's EL GRITO! Viva Mexico!

Lamentamos sinceramente su mala experiencia, la alberca estuvo en mantenimiento por tres días, desafortunadamente coincidió con su estadía. La alberca está disponible regularmente todo el año.
