Worth to spend your stays at Montreux
Goods to mention, 1. Great Location. You can have a great view of thé Lake. 2. Bed is really comfortable 3. Staffs are friendly, provide you the solutions to your questions and help you to solve thé problem. Things to improve, The reason I didn't give full points to environnement is that 1. the ventilation of the bathroom is not good that I need to open the windows to feel less humid after bathing. 2. the outdoor unit of air conditioner is set at the balcony which makes you feel hot when you sit at the balcony because the air conditioner is venting hot air toward you.

front desk service has quite different manner depend on who you're asking. But, the lake view from room is perfect. Breakfast is reasonable good. Right in front of the lake is a big plus.

Not expected to be a 4-star hotel...
This is a very unpleasant stay. Definitely not expected from a 4-star hotel. The room is in a very poor condition. (See some photos attached as your reference. Of a particular concern, a roll of toilet paper is placed right on top of the toilet cleaning tool! ) The front desk staff are not friendly, either. A warm and welcoming attitude is a must, from any hotels, not to mention a 4-star one. It is not worth of the value. Not recommended.

日內瓦湖畔的优选
非常意外房间很大，选了升级后的连通房，很适合家庭出游。大堂服务亲切，入住办理简单，离火车站很近方便，唯独车站出来后需绕一大圈才能下斜坡，提行李入住有点辛苦。在日内瓦湖畔旁实在太美了！

酒店硬件设施很新，住宿条件较好，离车站很近，出行方便，正对着莱蒙湖，风景很好。工作人员很热情，早餐很好吃且种类丰富，是非常好的住宿选择。

整體都很好，職員及客房都十分不錯。只是訂房時看到有露台但結果是沒有。這問題不大因為房景仍然十分美。說是非吸煙房，卻仍從隔壁房傳來煙味。在我入住其間，其中一台電梯常常故障，有點不方便。

Everything was OK except the heater didn't work at midnight. The view of hotel room was also great. The meal fee was reasonable comparing with the restaurants in the city.

amazing view
We stayed at the 16th floor and the view looked out from the window was amazing. Though we had to carry the big luggage down from the train station via the stairs, there was an one-way escalator going up back to the station. And the free transportation card is a big plus.

A cozy and nice hotel
A very nice hotel, with lake view. The only con is the window. It could open only a small part, which cause some problem if you want to enjoy the lake view.

Great Lake view
Convenient location. Close to Gare Montreux. Got a nearby Coop Pronto which opens till 22:00. Great view with all rooms facing the lake but the room inside is a bit old even after renewal.

Overall is good!
The location is good, it is close to the train station and situated near the lake. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is cosy and clean and the view is gorgeous. But there is a pub / bar near the hotel, it is very noisy in the midnight ( we are staying in thur and fri nights) !!!! We can hear the noise even we are on 16th floor and closed all the windows and balcony door. Overall the hotel is good, just try not to choose the corner room (Room 168).

看的到超美海景的飯店
櫃台不太親切 表現的很不耐煩 因為我英文不好 聽不太懂 陽台外就看的到日內瓦湖跟 阿爾卑斯山 景觀 一級棒 早餐很豐盛還不錯 飯店就在湖邊 離火車站不到5分鐘路程 WIFI免費 但是完全聯不上去!!!

This was a wonderful property. We had a lake view room and it was a very beautiful view. The room was huge! There was a welcome gift when we arrived. This was a more modern hotel with many options (including ice).

A great spot in Montreux! It’s bright, airy and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered more options than the standard hotel breakfast, including an omelet station. We only stayed for a night but wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend!

I loved the location of the hotel - by the lake, central, near a lot of cafes and restaurants, all in walking distance, best view in town. The size of the room was very good. I think that the price per night is justified, although the breakfast is too expensive.
