Whoever the lady was at the front desk who checked me in is one of the rudest customer service employees I’ve ever met. I’m a bartender, I know what it’s like to go in when having a bad day and have to deal with people. But she was just out of pocket. As far as everything else, I would say is average for what you should expect to get with the price and location. Not a bad place to stay overall and price to product wise, it is a pretty decent deal.

The tv remote would not operate the tv, and there were no mechanical buttons located on the tv itself. The lights high beside the bed were not operating due to no electricity to them. I had to get the door entry card refreshed twice to get in.the room

The room was clean when I arrived. However, there was no soap, shampoo, and hand towels. Housekeeping never came to the room during my 4-day stay. And when I went to the front desk at about 10 pm on the 2nd night the clerk told me he didn't have any soap or hand towels to give out.

Don’t spend your time or money
The room was disgusting. I had to get my room switched 3x. Terrible. I slept with all my clothes on my hood on. It was not a good area at all. I was scared for my life. The remote didn’t work. The guy at the front desk didn’t speak English so it was very hard to communicate with him.

HORRIBLE!! We had two rooms both rooms was dirty. The place if falling apart. The towels was like using sand paper. Only give one pillow. Rooms would not cool down. I know it was a cheaper room but still not worth any amount of money. Just horrible. They had a pool and filled it in with dirt. Should had just leveled the whole place. Never stay here again I’ll sleep in my car.

Check in was okay but once we got in our room the room was a smoking room so it was kinda what was expected but the restroom ceiling had big areas of mold and the shower head was molded .. that night there were homeless ppl (or at least they seemed homeless) just hanging out near our room they were loud and hanging out in the breezeway ALL NIGHT…AROUND 2am they were making loud noises and I couldn’t sleep… the hotel is advertised as if they have a pool but there was no pool, there was no security lock on the room door we had to take all of our bags out the car because the ppl hanging out in the breezeway seemed real suspicious…. It was only for one night but i was instantly ready to go home soon as i got in the room.

This hotel is very nice I've enjoyed my stay here. I've asked about weekly rooms and they don't have those available and I asked why and made the comment of making more money and front desk agreed. I don't like that other than renting a king room and them not having one available so I had to get a double bed which I hate!
