Nightmare stay.
In the words of Betty Davis— “what a dump”. Towels are old and fraying. No toilet paper anywhere in the room and to top it off phones not working in the room. Reported twice no one came. No soap by the sink. Only one hand towell. The coffee maker was missing the piece that cradles the coffee.

El lugar está en un estado deplorable y para colmo, nadie nos informó sobre el costo adicional del estacionamiento, lo cual me pareció una falta de respeto y una táctica engañosa. La suciedad era evidente en todos los rincones, y aunque la cama era cómoda, eso no compensa la falta de cuidado general. Honestamente, dudo que mejoren, y con tantas opciones disponibles, seguramente no volveré.

Our room was extremely warm upon arrival. We requested and infant bed on the online reservation and during check in and the bed was never brought. Asked one more time in the evening and it still hadn’t been put in the room. Called to ask and they said if there wasn’t in there by now there most likely wasn’t any left and we had to have requested one before hand which we had. The vent by the restroom leaked since we arrived and it was leaking until we left in the morning. We let the staff know. Other than those inconveniences everything else was fine.

Location was great to walk around and eat and shop everything was with in a walking distance and place was safe , the area had great ambiance and the people really friendly, only thing I could put a find was there was nothing to keep beverages in your hotel cold or to ask for ice for drinks, but over all a great and amazing stay

El lugar está limpio en general, creo que las instalaciones requieren renovación, la zona es centro así que tienes muchas opciones al rededor para comprar comida, café, etc, sólo de noche se siente un poco insegura.

DON'T STAY HERE
DON'T STAY HERE OLD, musty rooms, no heating, elevator didn't work for 2 days (I was on the SEVENTH FLOOR, so imagine the hassle) Service is below average, non-polite staff Extremely old furniture Hallways and rooms have a bad smell People smoke and no one stops them Unsafe neighborhood Coffee machine is a joke Internet is a joke No room cleaning or service 3 out of 9 nights and the other days I had to ask multiple times to have my room cleaned Housekeepers do crappy job, barely even do anything to clean the room Again, DON'T STAY HERE

Te cobran el estacionamiento en 110 pesos com valet parking, hay que dejar la llave del vehiculo, está muy deteriorado el hotel, huele a humedad en los cuartos. Las personas de servicio fueron muy amables.
