酒店交通方便，有轨电车直接能到。客房服务人员好，比较干净。房间和大厅里都有免费的wifi，信号很好。电视节目也很丰富。感谢前台人员提前给我们办理check in。

The facilities of the hotel are all very nice except for the weak air conditioning. The breakfast offered is good enough as well. Moreover, the transportation network is also good that we can take tram No. 1 to get to pizzale firenze, which is the station closest to the hotel, from Cadorna Station. Therefore, it would be one of the hotels I highly recommended.

The beds at extremely uncomfortable, but its clean and the staff is kind enough. The wifi is very weak. There is an excellent restaurant on the nearby corner. Excellent proximity to public transport. The accessibility ramp is treacherous going into and out of the building. I almost killed myself taking my stroller down it.

El director defendió a nuestro empleado, porque quizás lo conozca mejor que usted. Además, hay una caja fuerte en la habitación y el cliente está obligado a utilizarla. El hotel no se hace responsable del dinero u objetos de valor que se dejen desatendidos. ¡Así que esperaría antes de llamar ladrón a alguien!

A good place for a short stay for the price. The rooms are quite small and the walls are paper thin. Its very close to trams and buses so getting arround from the hotel is easy enough.

It was just alright. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do what they could to help us. But the area was not the best. We were pretty far from the city center so there wasn’t much to do around us. The rooms were not soundproofed at all, you could hear any and all conversations going on in the rooms around you. The room was dingy and felt dirty, but I didn’t actually see any issues with cleanliness. It just felt dark. Breakfast was pretty terrible, and not worth the daily fee. Overall we were pretty unhappy and I would’ve expected to pay less for the experience. Regardless, the staff was very nice and helpful and I don’t want to discredit that. Next time I would definitely pay the extra money to stay closer to the city center and possibly have airport transportation. It cost 150 euros to get from the hotel to the airport at 3:30am via taxi.

La struttura è ben tenuta, le camere sono essenziali, il bagno è grande con una doccia comoda. Nel complesso per il prezzo pagato per una notte è buono. Non c'è la metro nelle vicinanze ma con altri mezzi in 10 minuti si raggiunge la metro più vicina. La zona è di periferia, ma tranquilla.

nice little hotel unfortunately the air conditioning turns off during the day so during a milan heatwave it was pretty hot overnight. at least the windows open providing some relief

Frequentiamo l’Hotel Berlino dal 2008. Sia perché molto vicino a casa di nostra figlia, sia perché - almeno fino ad ora - ritenevamo buono il rapporto qualità complessiva/costo soddisfacente. Oggi dobbiamo però dire che la componente costo è cresciuta troppo e ciò mette in discussione l’altra componente.

Hotel was clean, breakfast was limited and service staff were not overly friendly to the Brits. Easy enough to get around, trains trams and buses all accessible. Bar was advertised but not open during our stay which we didnt find out until arrival. Hotel was noisy most of the time and tv was intermittent, tea and coffee in rooms but no milk provided.
