Staff at dest were not friendly. Loby rest room out of order 3 days. Do not change linen for three day we were told. Sink in room unable to stop up. Will not let you check in till 3pm we were there at two and had to wait to check in. Will not be back.

Close to I -95 so convenient. Bed was comfortable. But the overall cleanliness was not good at all. Rugs with big stains in the halls. Windows in lobby have not been cleaned in quite some time. The doors to the stairwells were filthy. Staff were pleasant.

I feel very comfortable at this location. I've stayed at other hotels, the rooms are very comfortable. Friendly staff and the breakfast is a bonus. I will continue coming back and recommending La Quinta.

There was mold around the top of the shower as if the showers are not cleaned every time some one checks in and out. The sink was clogged and would not drain even over night. There was a moldy mildew smell that was coming from the AC if the vents are not cleaned and blown out regularly. The smell in the stairs is horrible from the carpet that needs to be changed out.

Very dated hotel. I noticed fire doors not closing, staff not too caring or friendly. Breakfast was very minimal and ran out of food daily. Price was affordable but the towel policy was rediculous. I really expected more.

The staff was helpful, courteous , and efficient. The breakfast was very good, the food was hot and fresh, the girl that was taking care of the buffet made sure there was always plenty of food and coffee. She was constantly checking the dishes and coffee.

Firstly, the room is very bad, the shower is broken, and the bed is very small, not enough for two people. When I went to the reception to change the room, I found a woman with a somewhat dark-skinned complexion. She informed me that this is my reservation and you cannot do anything. I asked her if there was a difference in the amount that I would pay. She said, “No, make a new reservation and I do not have an invitation to book Expedia. You can send them back.” Take your money from them. Also, the lady in charge of the restaurant was treating all people in a very bad way

I checked in and they gave me a room in the 4th floor the hallway smell like cigarettes smoke when I got to my room the smell of cigarette was going into the room I left an hour later and went to another hotel I always rent hotels with you guys ( Expedia ) but I guess no more I lost my money and time

The customer service was so disappointing. The checkout process was interrupted by customers yelling and the workers were yelling over me to them and was so distracting when I wasn’t being taken care of and interrupted. As well as for breakfast it took 45 min in line to get a waffle and they tried kicking people out right at 9am even when we hadn’t even gotten our food. And when we continued to stay in line they were being so passive aggressive and so rude and impatient.

Par ou commencer, accueil glacial en salle de réception. Heureusement mon fils à pu avoir son oeuf de Pâques (Joie...). Ensuite, les couloirs en très mauvais état Entrée dans la chambre, et la c'est l'étonnement complet. Photos du site qui n'ont rien à voir Poussière sur tout les meubles, vitré encrassée, moquette tachée de partout, et dessus de lit, non plus blanc mais marron... Une odeur très désagréable. Après 5h de route, et un enfant de 3 ans à coucher à une heure tardive nous n'avons pas voulu batailler, l'hôtel étant complet .. Sans parler des équipements cassés. La femme de ménage à tellement bien fait le ménage, qu'elle en à oublié ses produits dans la chambre (ironie) Et la le clou du spectacle, une baguette tranchante servant à tenir la moquette, qui était relevé et défixée, et dans laquelle mon fils s'est pris les pieds et s'est fait mal au genoux. Heureusement qu'il ne s'est pas coupé avec celle ci au vu de la propreté de la chambre. Résultat, nous avons du aller voir le médecin à notre retour en France. Tant bien que mal, nous passons la nuit, et lors du PDJ, 2 Machines sur 3 ( Distributeurs automatiques, et ustensiles de PDJ sont hors service. Lors du check-out, Le réceptionniste, qui était en discussion avec son téléphone personnel et qui ne nous à pas regardé. La personne du PDJ à récupéré nos clés tant bien que mal.. Lorsque vous demandez un remboursement, l'hôtel refuse, et ne prend pas la peine de vous écrire.. Honteux. Prix bas, qualité ---
