「Im Prinzip gibt es keine Service, da alles über App und Sprachcomputer geht. Zimmer sind sehr schön. Eine ansprechende Sauna ist im Haus. Leider wurde unserem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer nicht entsprochen. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind fürchterlich laut. Umstellen kann man nichts, da man ja mit niemand reden kann. 「A lovely and recommended place. it was a great experience. We enjoyed walking around the corridors of the castle and discovering the special rooms with weapons and armor. We took part in a tour "Sophie's Cave" - we really enjoyed it, but the downside is that the tour is in German, altow you can try to get an explanation from the guides separately.
