「We booked the room for 3 persons. When arrived, we discovered that there were only two sets of bedding, the sofa bed wasn’t ready or set. When asked for one more set, the receptionist said there wasn’t any! After chasing, she gave me at last. Her attitude was not sincere nor helpful. The check in experience was bad! This affected my stay in the hotel a lot!」

「Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Communication was mainly done via their own app, which makes check-in/check-out extremely easy and painless. The facility was realistically represented by the picture; the concept of apartment-stay instead of hotel-room-stay is wonderful. My only reservation/minor complaint was, for the particular unit I stayed, the water pressure for the shower was extremely low.
