Our location is a bit remote from Ubud Center, but we are providing 5x daily scheduled shuttle that take only 20 minutes to provide guests needs. As it is a bit outskirt off the town, we offer guests an ultimate relaxation without disturbance of the hustle bustle city life.
As we also very close to nature and located in the middle of rice fields, appearance of animals is very natural. We do have our in-house animal handler to keep the animals away in safety distance without hurting them.

Expedia never sent me a confirmation email that I booked this property! I knew I had a hotel booked but couldn’t find anything in my emails a month before my trip. I panicked and I had to book something else in the meantime. I wasn’t sent any other emails from them until the “day after” I was supposed to check in! I was already at another hotel by then. This website should really send confirmation emails AND upcoming reminders about hotel reservations. Lost out on a lot of money and they won’t offer me a refund for their mistake. Unsatisfied customer!

The pictures do not do this place justice. It's a peaceful haven in a busy, loud city. There is so much privacy in this hotel - yet it's still quite populated and there's much to do. Restaurant is delicious, bar is fun and yoga is fantastic! Highly recommend...

Beautiful resort! Friendly staff with smiles on their face. Very nice rooms that allows for restful sleep. Breakfasts was also delicious. Would highly recommend this place!!!

A nice boutique hotel located about a 40 minute free shuttle ride from Ubud. The villas were nice, roomy and private with a nice sized pool. The free breakfast was nice and you had the free option to have a variety of fixed meals delivered to your room pool side. Most meals tend to be eaten in Ubud as the dinners at the restaurant are both expensive and of poorer quality than is available in town or at other locations just 10 minutes shuttle away. The hotel uses local community members as shuttle drivers and you can hire them for short trips or full day private tours. I suggest downloading What’s App before you leave as that is the main means of communication.

Really comfy and big rooms with really good views on the rice fields. The breakfast is not the best, nothing is really cooled and the variety is not set to accomodate all different cultures. The dinner at the restaurant is way overpriced for Bali. Cleanliness in the rooms, floor was not always cleaned and under the furniture, they don't clean. Free shuttle to Ubud however the Taxi service to the south is a scam and extremely overpriced.
Very good massage service. It's a bit remote but the silence of the area is why you come here.

The location of the hotel is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and they do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The new premier rooms are stunning. The puplic pool is not very inviting and seating at reception is very limited. The lagoon rooms were dirty and very old. I dont mind old but those rooms have gone beyond old. They are falling apart. Needs renovation NOW.
At this stage I would not come again until renovations are done. Thank you for your hospitality

The property was absolutely beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful, in particular Windea at the front desk who helped us organise our daily activities and Dian by the pool who was so friendly, always up for a chat and had an answer for all of our questions about Bali!

Good hotel, but transport ripoff
Overall excellent, but there is an interior taxi mafia that tries to rip you off badly. Some guy named Windy explained to us that they couldn’t call a taxi and we would have to use the hotel service which costs 3 times as much as a taxi. That was very annoying, but other than that the hotel was good (with the exception of a bad smell in the room).

In response to your previous feedback, please allow me to inform that Windia who has did his job as per our standard & procedure by explained you that the Taxi or any other online taxi is not allowed in Bindu Village area since we have local driver community in this area especially in Ubud area.
For taxi price from Hotel, it is more expensive than the other normal taxi due to we offer the guest the bigger car up to 5 pax, private driver who can speak English, insurance, and service.
However if you would like to try to book the taxi online from your mobile phone that would be fine, but normally they will not accept any booking in Ubud area because the online taxi knows the rules and regulations each area.
On behalf of management and the entire team, I do apologize for this inconvenience caused happened during your holiday

It is with great regret that I received your review and score was Terrible due to the room (Premier) that you book is not meet your expectation due to NO BALCONY.
I remember I met the you on the 10th before Odalan (Ceremony) start and have small discussion with you before they check out.
You have decided to do early check out due to in our Premier Room doesn’t have Balcony (which is clearly mention on room details in Expedia) and you said it will be more comfortable if there is Balcony because even at your home you have Balcony and love to relax at Balcony while having coffee, reading book and talk with partner.
I suggest you to see our deluxe but you were refuse it due to you have book other property somewhere else and meet your friends there.
You clearly mention that there is no problem with location and the room, but what you need in the room with Balcony
On behalf of management and the entire team, I do apologize for this inconvenience caused that you don’t meets your expectation in Our Premier room

Lagoon villa review
There was a lizard in our room and a lot of bugs. The place is very run down and the lagoon pool looked very dirty. The bathroom was connected to the outside and had a lot of bugs.

We are located in the middle of rice fields and in a tropical country, for sure we are really familiar for some creatures such as lizard and bugs, however we always do our best to minimize them around our villa and especially in the room therefore we have special pest control man stand by daily and recommend to the guest always closed the door. We understand for some guest it is not usual for them and we really do apologize for this inconvenience caused.

La navette gratuite jusqu'à ubud est très pratique. Parfois un arrêt pour essayer des thés et cafés locaux👌
Le spa est top (malgré des tarifs un peu élevé comparé aux spa dans ubud même)

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location
Beautiful setting next to paddy fields. People/ staff were attentive and interested. The resort is going through some renovations that we had not been informed of prior to travel. Work started at 9 and continued until it was dark. It is a good 30 to 40 minutes on the free shuttle bus to Ubud with no alternative restaurants/ bars in walking distance. This sounds like a moan but we did have a lovely stay, i only wish we had been told about the work before travelling. Dont let this put you off just be forewarned

Overall good time but far from shops
Our stay here was nice we only stayed two nights but the staff was very friendly. We had a bit of a hiccup when we got there because they had “upgraded” is to a better since it was our honeymoon. We didn’t think the room was better or that it was an upgrade don’t get us wrong the room was still beautiful but I had something in mind and I wanted the original room. but we had no problem fixing it. My husband simply told the staff we wanted our original room and they okay and took us to it :) over all our stay was great but keep in mind that this villa is far from shops they did provide a free shuttle service to Ubud center but I prefer walking out and exploring on my own

Unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend, eher ruhig gelegen, jedoch mit Roller oder Taxi alles gut erreichbar. Sehr sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal. Wir hatten ein paar grossartige Tage hier.
Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, das Wifi funktioniert kaum. Dies sollte dringend geändert werden!

Honeymoon at Furama
Stayed 5 nights for our honeymoon in a villa with private pool. In a village with shuttle bus to Ubud, very good value for money, great staff and service, will try to go the extra mile for you and as it was our honeymoon were given extras. Would recommend to couples.
