地點方便但不太整潔
入住房間有蟑螂，而且床板很髒，整體環境不算整潔。最後要求換房，職員都熱心協助。但其地點鄰近火車站，巴士站，所以也容易找到

Pour un hébergement en transit c'est parfait. Juste à côté de la gare de train et de la gare de bus c'est ce dont nous avions besoin. Nourriture bonne et propreté très bien.

Nuits en janvier 2024. Accueil simple, café offert. Ascenseur en ruine. Moquette usagée. Lino au sol ancien. Douche non étanche. Petit déjeuner correct mais assise sur fauteuil non adaptée, courant d'air avec la cuisine. Tarif en rapport et satisfaisant pour y dormir. Loin des ibis français.

Fuyez ce n’est pas digne d’un ibis.
Horrible, chambre bruyante, en mauvais état, pas très propre et pour couronner le tout vous recevez la visite de cafards. Nous avions prévu une nuit dans cet hôtel ibis, nous avons plié bagages à 3h du matin après avoir vu les cafards dans la chambre. De plus, après l’enregistrement vers 14h nous partons profiter de la ville et au retour vers 19h, changement de réceptionniste qui se permet des propos déplacés envers mon épouse, me demandant si elle est marocaine, que la loi interdit de recevoir des femmes dans l’hôtel, alors qu’il s’agit de mon épouse et qu’elle est française. Idem m’indique que nos filles ne peuvent entrer dans notre chambre !!! Et m’informe q’un supplement a été oublié. J’ai donc réglé et ai du insister pour avoir le reçu. Bref horrible expérience dans cet hôtel

For check-in , the guy at the front desk let us wait 30 minutes for nothing. There was mold in the shower. It was not clean . You should stay at another place. Very noisy

Terrible. Elevador an antique which does mot work half the time. Rooms so old and unmaintained. Should not be for rental. Air conditioning all broken up, no way to ajust it. Breakfast is a cold buffet, with very poor hygiene practices. I could go on and on. The only good thing at the hotel is the staff, I thibk they try to do their best with this awful run down hotel. So desappointed as usually I find Ibis a good hotel chain.

After the earthquake. Got there late. Could not find the entrance. Front desk would not answer the phone either. Ended up taking another Riad for the night.

The worst ever. Rooms are nasty. The water in the shower is barely dripping. The pillows and sheets don’t smell fresh and clean. The TV doesn’t work. Service is terrible at the lobby. I booked my room with breakfast included through Expedia, at check out they wanted to charge me for breakfast again saying that it’s not showing in their system, when i asked for a print out as proof so i can talk to expedia, they said they have nothing to show me. Horrible experience overall.

Personalen var hjälpsam och trevlig. Hotellet börjar bli slitet och behöver nog snart en renovering. Till priset för hotellrummet är det dock godkänt.

Very dirty place , elevator not working , smelly room , dirty bathroom , previous guests hair could be found everywhere, very loud air conditioner force to turn it off to sleep then impossible to sleep because it’s very warm ….
