We killed roaches and ghost ants. Our first evening we killed 8 roaches in kitchenette and hundreds of ghost ants in bathroom. Bathroom has no exhaust and becomes a sauna when you close door. we went out to purchase roach and ant killer just to make us feel better, Also wiped stove. counters and sink and shower with bleach water.

It was nice that each room had a parking spot just 2 steps out the door at no additional charge. It was an older hotel built in maybe the 60s. It had a nice size room and mini fridge was the mid size mini fridge and worked well. The room was clean and simple. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but ok.

We were impressed with all this property has to offer. So charming. And motel has everything one needs for a Keys holiday. Pier with morning coffee , fabulous clean pool. Kayaks to use was a great treat. This is a must stay. Super clean. Perfect if you have boat and trailer.

The property has many different areas, such as, a pool, barbecue area, and boat/jetski ramp. However, the hotel charges you to park your trailer.

In general was good clean closed to many stores like publix but bathroom floor was broke kitchen need some update and mattress broke very uncomfortable.

Long story but asked to change rooms. They had an available room at 8pm just for one night. I was fine paying the difference in room pricing but the money hungry manager charged 3 times the difference

The only thing positive was that the bed was clean and sheets smelled clean. Parking was awful. The boat storage area had NO Security at all. And overall knowledge from the staff we met was very limited.
