Easily the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Room was not ready at check in time. The entire room as a mix of poorly repaired items including the bathroom sink and surround. Fan with no blades. The door was no where near tight or really secure. Other tenant noise was almost unbearable along with road noise.

We never got out of our car. 1. windows are missing 2. Big gap around the A/C units 3. The dock was all taped off. unusable This is not somewhere a would take a 4yr old.

Road noise and vehicle lights came in late night at beach all day salt water no clean towels had to use old used towels. No mariner two docks one side wood other concrete would not let me use as i had our boat. Said debris from hurricane Erma in water as at low tide did not see anything and told them i take full responsibility still said no. Should not advertise marina i you cant use docks. Also no wifi.

It is really not suitable for rent and the price is super high for the little comfort it has, I would say that an inspection should be done so that it can be sawed

The room was dirty the sheets dirty staff was nice but these are not floating rooms so I do not know where the name came from. There is no WiFi unless you go outside and sit on the steps to office. For this price it was bad

Owners are trying. Office hours are short times, probably because they don’t want to be there when we check out. One of the beds was impossible to sleep on. Towels, etc very old. Could be a very nice stay with a few additions. Could not get WiFi

Just. Don’t. Go.
Alt for dyrt i forhold til standard. Dårligt march mellem beskrivelse og realitet. “Udsigt over resort” betød ud til p-plads. Persienner var ikke mulige at trække op, så “udsigten” måtte i givet fald nydes ud af den åbne dør. “Bungalow” var to halvnussede værelser med lille nusset køleskab og bad. Ikke mulighed for så meget som at lave en kop te. Internet var ikke eksisterende. Betalte over 2000 kr pr nat for ikke refunderbart to nætters ophold. Det absolut ringeste sted vi nogensinde har boet på. Skurvognen der fungerede som reception havde en distinkt lugt af tis!
Dør i det ene værelse var låst, og alle vinduer blændet af persienner der ikke kunne justeres.
Resortet som der var udsigt til.
Bagsiden af bygningen.

Was costly, rooms are hot, shower was dirty, 2 towels that smelled like they were used to clean the floors. Beds are squeaky as soon as you sit on them. The person at office was extremely nice but properly is not a place we will return to. We frequently stay in Marathon and Islamorada and have stayed at many of these small hotels and motels and most are old but clean!!!

The bed was uncomfortable, no blanket, pillows were flat. Limited outlets to plug in media. Would not stay there again. Street light shined in window all night.

Yikes. Think again…
They gave us a room, when we walked in it was dirty, striped beds, cleaning supplies left out and a mess. Went and got another room. There was no heater so it was cold all night with 1 think sheet and “blanket” there was a dead cockroach under the bed, rust, dust, everywhere. It was also a very squeaky spring mattress where every turn or movement was heard. For $240 it was dismal. The bathroom door was broken too… but the man who checked us in was nice, friendly and accommodated us to a new room with ease.

I’m really sorry to say it was a sub standard room for the price we paid. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and cheap. The room was not very clean. It was very stained and maintenance at minimal was below standard, I find it hard to write A bad review. The gentleman that checked us in was very kind and very helpful, maybe trying their best, but for the price of that room and the quality that we were exposed to it was not equal.

The room was very spacious but lacked amenities. Advertised free wifi only existed in driveway or front porch. No coffee maker, no microwave, no hangers for the rod. Just because a place is older doesn’t mean it can’t be better equipped and maintained.

This is about a $30 room, not $230. Very dirty. Room is 25 feet from U. S. 1, so it's very noisy and unsafe. No hand towels. No towell or toilet paper holder. Hair's on the toilet. Night stand is a filing cabinet. Blood smear on hallway wall. Rusty refrigerator. Rusty with holes in shower curtain rod. No coffee maker. Medicine cabinet held together with duct tape. Both Mattress need thrown out. Springs poke you in the back. You should NEVER recommend this again. Plus, nothing floats. It's not a resort!

The room was way beyond dirty. Stains on the walls, smell was terrible. Bathroom has a half inch of dirt on the floor (mixed dirt with hair). Shower tub was disgustingly dirty. Toilet bowl was probably installed in early 70's. I regret for not taking pictures, just because nobody should experience this. And it's not pet friendly, imagine that. I think your pets would never let you go back there. Oh, and the fridge was another level of experience. If you dare, you'll know what I'm talking about. We had a chance to see the cleaning person, I don't want to be rude or mean but I got an idea why this place was neglected. BTW, if we tried harder we could find an amazing room in Hampton Inn hotel, possibly for less money. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! For your sake.

Avoid
The room didn't have basic amenities like microwave and coffee maker. Bed and linens had foul odor. No heating. Very poor condition and not maintained at all. The office had extremely bad smell of pet excretions.
