Buena ubicación
El hotel está bien ubicado, pero le falta mejorar en dotación de las habitaciones (amenidades) y en la instalación de un ascensor.

Very clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Hotel is in a good quiet area so you get a good nights sleep.

4 nights in Palermo
Great service from the entire staff. The rooms were very nicely furnished and modern. Nice daily breakfast in a comfortable dining area. If you're going to have additional people staying with you make sure you pre-book on Hotels.com. The cost was only about another 7 bucks. If you wait till checkout the hotel will whack you 100,000 pesos. I considered this to be complete rip-off.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful building. Our room was spacious. The staff was helpful and breakfast was very good. Bedding wonderful.

La letra menuda a mi modo de ver es publicidad engañosa. Reservamos una habitación doble y resultó que debíamos pagarexcedente por ser dos personas. Aunque revisando la página en la letra menuda decía 1 adulto, no se informó claramente. No obstante finalmente el hotel cobro lo que decía originalmente la reserva. Si no hubiese sido así el valor era comparable con la habitación del estelar que obviamente es muchísimo mejor. Tiene Snack de comida, parqueadero y ascensor. Nada que ver con este hotel ni mucho menos con el servicio

Great staff
We arrived late due to flight cancellations, so we were only there for 5 hours. The room was a bit outdated, but the bed was very comfortable. The man working the desk was extremely helpful! We was very professional and attentive. We were supposed to leave for a trek in the morning, and we were unable to check in to the tour company. The man called the company and helped to ensure that we made the tour in the morning. He also made breakfast for us at 4:45 to ensure we ate before we left. We greatly appreciated his help! I wish I could remember his name because he went above and beyond!

Hotel pequeño en buena zona
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, en una zona tranquila, cerca a restaurantes y dos centros comerciales. La habitación es muy sencilla, no esperar mucho del mobiliario y el televisor (del tamaño de una pantalla de computador). El personal es muy amable y se dispone en las mañanas de un bufe sencillo pero de buen gusto.

Great Stay
We stayed 3 nights at Hoteles Portico. Quiet, convenient location (10 minute walk to Avenida Santender and Cable Plaza). Clean, nice sized rooms, and very helpful staff. The hotel did laundry for us, and it was done very quickly and affordable. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice Hotel !! We recommend it !
It's small building but very comfortable, our room was a suite with Living room, small Dinette, small refrigerator but exactly what any traveler need to be comfortable. The Hotel Staff are the most nice people we have ever known. Thank you to all them. Hotel and Room cleanness is excellent. We recommend this hotel without NO DOUBT !!

Es pequeño y acogedor, esta en una buena zona, lo unico incomodo es que el restaurante del primer piso no es del hotel sino que es independiente y hay que cancelar cada consumo, no te lo cargan a la habitacion. De resto todo bien.

Recomendado
La atención y amabilidad del personal hacen que la estancia en el Hotel sea muy buena. El televisor de las habitaciones es muy pequeño (12 pulgadas) y las opciones de desayuno son muy limitadas. Las habitaciones están en buen estado, la cama es muy cómoda y el wifi funciona bien. No hay mini bar y en mi caso el restaurante estaba cerrado por lo que no hay opciones de conseguir bebidas facilmente. En general lo recomiendo
