This hotel looks and feels outdated. Starting with the one-person size elevators to the lack of A/C in the rooms. The hotels need a lot more maintenance and better housekeeping. The staff was friendly and did their best with what they had. I don't think I will be staying here again.

Unbearable heat in room. No air conditioning, no fan, no way to get cool. Front desk manager, Ms Dora, refused to resolve or give discount.

Dårlig lydtetting i dørene.
Jeg har bodd på hotellet i 1984, 1992 og i 2023. Samme problem, romdørene er skeive, for korte og har lås som bråker veldig når døren smekkes igjen. Uansett ellers sier jo det at jeg valgte hotellet i år igjen at det totalt sett er bra. I år hadde rommet mitt utsikt til Nevado El Ruiz med en del røyk i solen.

Como estar en Casa
Fue una experiencia como de estar en casa, todo muy bien acomodado, la atención del personal EXCELENTE, la vista desde la habitación espectacular, la limpieza y el arreglo de la habitación impresionante. Como dijo mi señora de verdad me enamore y seguiré yendo a este hotel cada vez que tenga que volver a Manizales.

Overall my stay was good and pleasant. Room was great as well as housekeeping. Breakfast on the weekend was way better than on Monday, which had bare minimum items to eat.

Expedia indicaba que tenia Parking incluido, pero es muy limitado y la mayoría de carros quedan en la calle. No tiene cajones para ropa; solo unos ganchos. La caja fuerte es vieja y no funciona.

Decepcionado por el servicio y la atención que recibí en mi estadía. Reservé dos habitaciones con camas Queen y cuando llegué no había habitaciones disponibles, nos acomodaron al final en lo que les quedó sobrando, en camas sencillas, las luces del cuarto fallaban y cuando hice el reclamo la respuesta es que eso es lo que hay. La verdad es triste un trato de esta manera. Debí armar un problema mayor para que al otro día nos asignaran las habitaciones que habíamos contratado y pagado.
