This property Bahay Bakasyunan sa Camiguin is closed when we came to check-in. It has been ceased operation 7days before our supposedly check-in day on 27 Feb. 2020. No notification whatsoever. Put my wife & I in danger of no place to stay at very last minute in an island. But we are happy on Expedia’s immediate respond & actions on our complaint. Thank you Expedia.

Room 103 - Problems with power switch & mosquitoes
We stayed in room 103. We had problems sleeping due to mosquitos in the room. We sprayed pesticides ourselves but the mosquitos were back the following day. Moreover, there was a problem with the power switch in the room that required a maintenance man to come over to fix after every power outage.

虫が苦手な方、子連れにはあまりおすすめできません
敷地内は手入れされており、きれいでした。部屋は天井から何かゴミのようなものが落ちてくるのか いつもベッドや床にゴミがついていました。部屋の中には蚊、アリ、トカゲ、ゴキブリなどいろいろな虫が出ます。自然の中なので仕方ないですが、虫が苦手な方にはあまりおすすめできません。朝食はフィリピン式朝食が美味しかったです。夜、ディスコの騒音がひどく朝の2時まで眠れない日がありました。部屋を移動してくれましたが、それでもうるさくて眠れなかったです。子連れには、あまりおすすめできません。洗濯物を干すところが汚れていて、干すと衣類が黒くなりますので気をつけてください。wifiは弱いです。海もありますが、行く途中の坂はとても滑るのでみんな転んでいました。行くときは気をつけてください。

Great place and nice island
We had a really good stay at Bahay Bakaysunan. Plus: Reception, public areas and rooms (we were in cluster a) are nice. They have a coffee bar that could make coffee as we liked it, not many places we found elsewhere in philippines could. Minus: no beach, gym and swimming pool are worn. Early noises from dogs, roosters. The plus side is bigger than the minus so well worth a stay.

War ok aber auch nicht mehr. Sauberkeit war leider nicht vorhanden im unserem Bad hatte es überall Fremde Haare am Boden und das Personal in der Lobby solala.... irgendwie überhaupt nicht hilfreich, wobei das Check-In extrem schnell abgewickelt wurde.

The place is a paradise! The ambiance is very good and cozy! The room is everything I wished it would be, spacious, gorgeous, neat and comfortable. I loved that the bathroom has a bidet and the hot shower works. I really enjoyed the amenities, especially the game room and the swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a very nice stay.

Properly very clean. Very nice layout with beautiful ocean view. Restaurant menu could be more extensive and although staff was very courteous at times are not attentive to customer and tend to wait for additional drinks. Overall wonderful place.

We stayed in the "old" part of the hotel and the room must be refresh specialy the bathroom. The ac was very noisy. A bungalow just near us was on renovation and they started working really early in the morning.

Provincial Homey Stay
Our stay at BBC is relaxing and enjoyable. I like the sound of the rooster and the smell of the trees. The grounds are well-kept and maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful, specially Wenna of front desk. I also appreciate the signages and reminders. 100% for the facilities and location 90% okay for our accommodation and food, except for for these area of improvements: 1. Hotel lobby should be well-lighted 2. Fumigation for the mosquitoes, room and restaurant 3. Buffet breakfast should warm if not hot when eating 4. Regular maintenance of vans/vehicles We will recommend the place to our relatives and friends, just keep on improving.

Stayed for 7 nights. Restaurant food was excellent. Central location to all activities. Motorcycle hire available. The room is hut style therefore the mosquitoes are constantly present.

Wl revisit if price is below USD50 superior rm.
Location is off downtown. Have to commute via public transport. Roooms are cottage style with very low sound proofing. Breakfast is basic ,but acceptable. It’s a Waterftont property but not ideal for swiming with rocks& hard corals throughout. Pool areas hv no trees, shades .
