The only downside to my stay was that there was only instant coffee offered for bfast. The coffee houses down the street don’t open until 10.

Clean/ wonderful.
This was a wonderful place to stay. Extremely clean. So comfortable. Very spacious. The door & lock is a little old fashioned. Traditional Thai style double door with horizonal bar. But this is a very safe place. Quiet. Nice staff.

Beautiful traditional property, extremely comfortable. Great location to explore Mae Sot. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfasts delicious. Will stay again.

Great place/location and great price to stay in Mae Sot. The staff are friendly and tried their best to speak English and communicate with me. The room is clean but the bed is little bit firm. After all, I rated this place 7/10.

This was a lovely place to stay and the family running the resort were delightful and did speak some English, breakfast was freshly cooked and tasty. They were nice enough to hold my bags for me during the day after check out in their office. The only downside I found was they don’t have an airport shuttle like the website mentioned.

A high quality stay if in the area
We have stayed in mae sot many times this was our first stay here though had a drink here 10 years ago. Friendly English speaking staff. 8 breakfast choices chosen the night before western and local versions. Rooms and hotel extremely clean and tidy. Shower a little local hot and cold variation. Clean towels and air con. High price locally but value for money for westerners and certainly at the top end of quality in this area. 10/15 mins walk to town and food only 5 mins away.

Super clean, pleasant, poor wifi and location
This small, moderate accommodation has an unusually high standard of cleanliness, huge breakfasts, and fresh new linens. The owners are friendly. The staff is often grouchy. The architecture is a newish Thai style creately a lovely ambience. The intermittent wifi signal was the biggest drawback making it not an option for a traveller who needs to work or connect with home in their room at night. The dining area is noisy, being on the main road, but the rooms are quiet. It is slightly on the edge of town with no convenience stores and few eating choices within walking distance. Good value if in-room internet is not a requirement.

I liked the location and the ambience. As I have a problem with my legs I did not like access to the bed which is very limited. For English speakers the English channels on TV are limited to one.

The staff were fantastic. The cleaners were so kind. Lovely flowers. The cook w wonderful making me a breakfast every morning. The manager was very kind as well.

À l’intérieur la décoration est raffinée. Un vrai petit paradis de style thaï-birman entouré d’un jardin tropical fleuri. Tout est exquis, aucun espace n’est oublié : mobilier, accessoires et décoration vous plonge dans une atmosphère de luxe dépaysant. Le petit-déjeuner est extraordinaire. Il proposé par set la veille au soir. Une dizaine de choix (Continental ou local). Un séjour de rêve et de repos inoubliable.

Très très bien
Nous avons dormi qu'une nuit et tout s'est très bien passé. Le personnel est très accueillant et à votre service, la chambre était chaleureuse bien décoré nous nous y sentons très bien. Au chek in nous avons eu le choix entre plusieurs petit déjeuner j'ai pris une salade de fruits et mon conjoint des pancakes à la banane et c'était délicieux pour nous deux. Le tout pour un petit prix très bon rapport qualité prix. Je n'ai rien à redire sur cet hotel il est très bien. Je vous le conseille

Delizioso resort in stile thai,curato nei particolari,splendido letto unico appunto forse troppo duro.Ottima colazione con varie scelte da fare la sera prima,quindi tutto preparato al momento dalla gustosa e ricca omelette alla macedonia di frutta con yogourt.Prezzo contenutissimo trovato in offerta su hotels.com
