交通很方便，离机场很近，地铁站步行也只需几分钟，服务员很热情周到。房间内很整洁，早餐很丰盛，家人很喜欢。

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Breakfast was cold. We asked multiple times if the egg and bacon served will be warm and were told yes its hot. 20 mins was left for breakfast to finish so that’s probably why the chefs gave up cooking. When you are charging 20 Euros or so for breakfast at least serve what your promise. Hotel staff were also flat faced no enthusiasm in their job and very basic rooms. Novotel has gone downhill. I travelled with my 2 kids . Will never ever use novotel. Horrible

Personal amabilísimo y buffet de desayuno muy variado, de calidad y abundante. Una muy buena elección si se quiere dormir cerca del aeropuerto, ya que la comunicación con el metro es muy rápida y práctica.

We recently stayed at this property for 1 night. There was a desk by the door where we checked in. We were not asked to put a credit card on file which we did not think of at the time. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the room service as we had a long day travelling and knew we would want to eat on arrival so we looked for the menu in our room but it was a QR code. As we didn’t have a credit card on file we could not figure out the room service so we decided to go down and use the cafe. The staff saw me standing at the bar wanting to make an order for a very long time but did not come to serve me until I went and asked them to. I was told to wait while they unloaded the dishwasher and did other things. We ordered food and drink. Nachos were ok, the burger was bad… the meat of the burger was raw! Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The side tables were ridiculously low and unusable. The tea/coffee station was BAD! So there was a kettle, 2 paper cups and some random tea/coffee/sugar sachets. I ended up going down to the bar and asking for 2 cups and a spoon and we also had to purchase water so we could make a coffee. There was not many English speaking channels on the tv. There was a fair amount of noise in the early morning in the corridor with guests leaving. Upon check out we asked if they would be able to call a taxi (I had recently had surgery) and we were told there was a taxi rank just out on the street!?! I would not recommend this hotel.

Habitación muy limpia, cama matrimonial cómoda y la cama del sofá cama bastante amplia. No contratamos desayuno, pero sí desayunamos en la cafetería del hotel, personal muy agradable y desayunos ricos. Está algo alejado del centro, pero tiene una boca de metro justo al lado, por lo que se convierte en un lugar idóneo para hospedarse y poder aparcar el coche y despreocuparse de él. Lo recomiendo.

Nuestra corta estancia en el hotel ha sido excelente, un hotel tranquilo, limpieza excelente, servicio de cafetería (es lo que hemos probado) y empleados espectacular. En general excelente y muy recomendable.
