打開窗就能看到知名地標的優良飯店
座落在盧森堡市古城區，陽台可以直接看到金色少女像，超市步行兩分鐘即可抵達，是擁有絕佳地點的飯店。 房間還算大，很幸運這次住宿有非常大的陽台，可以坐在陽台一邊欣賞著名地標一邊用餐。浴室為細長形，稍微小一點但還算夠用。床稍微小一點但蠻舒服的。有提供冰箱、浴袍、酒杯、冰桶、化妝鏡等等。 但這次住宿最不滿意的部分，是入住時陽台竟然有許多煙蒂和打火機等垃圾。儘管房間蠻乾淨的，但這部分被我扣很多分。好在隔日清潔人員有清掃，否則印象會非常差。 另外這家飯店沒有提供冷氣，在炎熱的夏天只能開門通風，所以會有蚊蟲飛入。而可能是這家飯店歷史悠久，有些設備沒這麼新，比較誇張的是入住時浴室燈和床頭收音機都是壞的。 儘管有些設備和整潔上的瑕疵，但窗邊能看到知名地標，以及飯店的絕佳位置，沒有太多好挑剔的地方。房間夠大，適合帶寶寶住宿。

Dear Guest, We thank you for giving so many comments and details of your stay. I am sorry that you found cigarettes on the balcony and I will inform the Housekeeping about this. The Grand Hotel Cravat has no air conditionning and never had. First of all, because the building does not lend itself to it, as we do not have enough false ceilings. Also, we wish to keep these beautiful high ceilings. Furthermore, we decided, due to global warming, to not further increase our energy consumption. Instead, we prefer investing in upgrading our rooms to improve our guests’ stay. Best regards, Carlo Cravat

本酒店地段不错，唯独网络是单独收费，房间无空调，其它的相当不错，正面面对宪法广场。已经入住两次了。感觉整体上还是可以的。

飯店所處位置非常好，本身即在市中心內，採買方便。對街即是盧森堡大峽谷，風景極佳。只是飯店本身設施較舊，若能翻新設施將會是盧森堡遊客之福。

The room smells badly and there was black mold in bathroom. The staff was rude. On the contrary the price is high. The worst hotel I've ever experiencced.

Great stay.
The Grand Hotel Cravat is a lovely hotel in a great location. It feels a bit dated, but that adds to the charm of it. The front desk staff was extremely helpful during the stay: securing a taxi for me at 3:30am and having a to-go bag of breakfast items packed since I had to miss the breakfast buffet. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only complaint was the room heat/air was difficult to figure out and a ceiling or table fan would have been nice to help circulate the air. Overall, I definately recommend this hotel.

We loved the location of this hotel in the heart of Luxembourg City near so many great restaurants! The staff were very helpful and friendly. It is loud at night, especially on weekends, and gets hot in the rooms. Other than that, great experience!

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The lobby and hallways are nicely decorated. The hotel has an older style and has furniture from another era. If you are looking for an elegant atmosphere, different from modern hotels, while still being comfortable, this hotel won’t disappoint. I recommend to book a city view room. There was a fresh apple for every guest in the room every day. I had an issue with the room that I was checked in and although I had to ask for it to be looked into, staff were very accommodating and resolved the issue. The location is excellent for sightseeing and enjoying the city.

Es un hotel antiguo, anticuado, viejo. Si esas experiencias te gustan, pues aquí lo encontrarás desde el primer mueble hasta el baño. No hay servicio habitaciones. Great Location, Good vibe
Neat older hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a bit flat but extras were provided. Nice breakfast room with a good selection of foods. The manager of the breakfast room was very nice and attentive. The front desk clerk upon checking in wasn't so friendly. Seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Over all a great stay. We would stay there again.

Third generation, historic property. Very convenient to the old city. Nicely maintained. Good size room. Very clean. Quiet. However, my room looked out on an air shaft which was a disappointment. I would have much preferred an external window. Apart from that it was a great stay.
