The hotel staff are great when facing customers and guests, but the hotel is not too clean. I found hairs on the AirCon and on the desk and some small rubbish on the hallway carpet

Bad experience
The room was smelly musty and pee. Also smelled weed in the midnight. The air conditioner and the door lock of the balcony were broken. Someone could get to your room from the balcony beside.

We arrived early and staff were able to get us checked-in immediately. All staff during our stay were friendly and welcoming. Many places to eat were within a short walk. The breakfast offered many options for a variety of taste buds! Breakfast staff were equally friendly and eager to assist with any requests. Our room was comfortable and had all amenities needed.

The room had a terrible humidity smell. We requested to be changed and one of the staff people told us there were no other rooms. So we had to book another room in a different hotel. When we were checking out a different staff member told us he could change us to another room but by that time we had already paid for a different room in another hotel.

That room had mold in it. And our shower exploded up from the drain and left it so you couldn’t even step in the bathtub! We contacted the hotel and they said they would issue a refund but it could only be done through Expedia. Keeping our fingers crossed it happens, it was so gross!!

Staff were great and attentive. Upon checking in was give a room that had a faulty facuet. There were also ants on 1 of the bed and in the bathroom. The AC was also not working/ staff were great to move me to another room once there was one available.

The property itself was conveniently located near the airport, with a shuttle service. Lots of fast food options nearby as well as a supermarket. Whilst I had a problem with my room, the property manager was very responsive and helpful.

This was a great place to stay. It’s close to the airport, has a grocery store across the street, and a variety of fast food options in walking distance. It was also very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue was that the coffee machine in the room didn’t work.
