「I wasn’t given access to the property for HOURS after my check-in time, despite attempting to contact the owner several times. I finally had to book another room, and I was denied a refund. Do NOT book this property if you actually want a confirmed place to stay. 」

「We stayed for the Grand Prix of Long Beach and it was easy to Uber down to the race area and back.The couch could use replacing. While it’s functional it’s not very comfortable. Also, a small table lamp on the desk would have been helpful in the evenings. Staff was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. Overall, it was a nice stay.」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. 」
