Il s agit d un hôtel une étoile maxi en France plutôt qu'un 3étoiles. Il faut choisir cet hôtel pour sa situation géographique plutôt que pour son confort. L accueil est bien, les chambre vetustes mais propres e.Petites chambres petites salles de bain. Il faut éviter les chambres en sous sol.

Wer ein günstiges Zimmer ohne Luxus sucht kann hier buchen. Wir haben nur das Bett zum Schlafen gebraucht. Die Lage ist super, die Tube ist nach 5 Minuten Fußweg erreicht und es gibt genügend Geschäfte/Cafés zum frühstücken.

Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe . Zimmer ist sehr dreckig alles runtergekommen und kaputt , Zimmer viel zu klein . Putzfrauen machen nie sauber , internet hat nie funktioniert . Das Einzige gute war das es direkt am Underground war und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt am Hotel und alles was man braucht Lebensmittel etc .. aber nie wieder dieses Hotel war so schlimm hab much richtig geekelt dort die Dusche Bad .

Checked in and found that there was construction ongoing and it was very noisy. Was given a room in the basement with a window to ground level where employees go to smoke. Wirh curtains open, anyone can look in. Also some construction work on this landing. Felt very unsafe as the window was easily accessible if left open - and since there is no AC here, the room was hot and stuffy. So the choice is safety&privacy or sweat all night. The room was filthy. Hair on the bathroom walls, urine on the toilet seat and on the surfaces around the toilet, floor was so sticky my feet stuck to it - I had to wear sandals in the room. Sheets and towels had some stains. Black debris or dirt in the bed. Walls and doors covered in dirt and some brown splashes/smears. The basement itself is dark, dingy and disappointing. The pictures on Expedia are NOTHING like this room. After seeing the disgraceful room i went back to the desk to ask if there was any other room available because mine was disgusting and felt unsafe and was told the hotel is booked all week. Expedia contacted the hotel and were told to send me to the desk in the morning to talk to a worker with authority to help with a possible refund. No surprise, morning worker was also unable to help. Instructed me to email. Did so, no response. Expedia emailed as well. No refund to be given. Not even a response from the hotel. Don't stay here it is a dive hotel and the owner/managers are not available for any guest complaints.

Average rating is good. But our room was in basement which we don’t know there is a basement in the hotel. We be been switched to 3rd fl . It was a very small room . Not comfortable.

My experience of the hotel was really good. Great value for money, really good location. The hotel is clean and the room was a decent size, we had a twin set of beds, shared the room with my son we were visiting for a show. And there was bags of space between the beds, whilst also being a compact room. All in good working order. The only cons but the pros outweigh them, is the beds are incredibly soft which may suit some people, I prefer a firmer mattress. It's also incredibly hot in the rooms but you can open the window and there is a fan in the cupboard. We had a room at the back of the building so we didn't have road side smog coming in. Also there really needs to be more plugs. There was only two in the whole room. Other than that, really good stay. When returning to London, we'd definitely stay again.

This is a great budget hotel if you’re travelling solo. It’s pretty close to Earl’s Court Underground which is convenient if you want to travel anywhere in London. I do fine that some guests are noisy and you can hear them pass your room. The hotel definitely looks old but the room isn’t too bad. Each room has a bed, tv, small washroom with a shower, outlets to plug your phone and an electric tea kettle. They do have an emergency alarm testing every month I believe. Just that if I knew sooner, I wouldn’t have been startled by the alarm that went off on Saturday May 4th. Then again I don’t know if that was a test or if it was set off by a guest or staff member. Anyways the staff were friendly, they helped me out with checking the safe in my room since it wasn’t working, they also gave me food recommendations and were happy to help me with storing my bags so I didn’t have to carry them around after checking out even though my flight isn’t until the evening.

Room was very tiny with small bed against hard wall. After loosing two nights of sleep I checked out 1 day early and was told to contact Expedia and they would appprove refund for night not used. They lied. BEWARE!

Dear SirI'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with usYou booked a single room and were upgraded to a larger twin room. You did not contact reception to complain about the room. You left a day early but there is no refund for that night when you cut your stay short as this is a late cancellation and there is a charge for that. No one at reception promised you a refund as all staff ware well aware of this policy. You were very angry and used abusive language towards our staff when you found out there is no refund, which behavior we do not appreciate. I recommend for future reference to read in detail the T&C's of the hotel you book and the applicable charges in case of early check out

Bad wifi, extra small elevator, luggage room had no key, and the staff office was empty a few times ( we needed to ring the bell to get in ) If something happens to your luggage, they take no responsibily

Dear guestWe only offer a basic free wifi,good for browsing and reading emails but it is impossible to offer fast speeds for downloading or streaming.We have reception staff on site 24/7 plus your key card will open the front door. With regards storage, no premises will take responsibility for left luggage. We offer it to guests free of charge but at their own risk. We work with a ticketing system to limit any problemsbest regards

L'albergo ha una posizione invidiabile a 3 min a piedi dalla metro. Camere molto piccole, vecchiotte ma dignitose, bagno ancora più piccolo. La nostra camera affacciava sul retro ed era molto silenziosa. Staff cortese e presente. Un consiglio: dotate i bagni di scopino per il water, se non altro per rispetto verso il personale e l'igiene di tutti.

This hotel was affordable for a couple of nights in London, close to a tube station, handy shops and some nice places to eat. Our room was a little outdated, but tidy and a decent size BUT there were a few hairs on the bedding and a strange smell in the room which meant we kept needing to open the window to air it out which made us cold. The staff were friendly and we stored luggage after check out. Overall it was a nice stay and a good price, but could improve on cleanliness.

My tv never worked. The shower was a minimal amount of water coming out. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The towels were very well used. One towel isn’t enough and I never received a washcloth. Thankfully I brought my own. I’m not sure whether the price was ok, I think I would stay here again but get my concerns dealt with before booking.

Les chambres et le lit sont très petits, vitrage simple qui n’insonorise pas du tout et laisse passer froid et humidité, le chauffage ne s’allume pas, la porte de séparation entre la chambre et l’entrée menant aux toilettes a un ferme porte et n’a pas de cale porte, il faut donc chercher un moyen de la maintenir ouverte et l’enlever pour dormir. L’espace entre la porte, la douche et les toilettes sont minuscules, une personne corpulente ne peut pas ouvrir la porte de la douche avec la porte de la salle de bain fermée.

It was clean and price reasonable. However, if you need to use the internet, there is something in there, tgat blocks your mobile date and you are forced to use their wifi, which was extremely terrible. And you have to give permission to gather some of your data. Although I gave that permission connection was extremely law and I couldn't complete my work.
