Bedding had blood stains, no bathroom fan in TINY bathroom, no plug ins, no room cleaning on weekend as they’re short staffed - come get towels at front desk, parking garage so old that only compact cars accessible without issues, cable quit working for entire hotel, price was 4 times higher than normal due to local event, rude front desk staff

Nice, busy place. Lots of young party place. Parking garage was a nightmare finding a spot. Rooms are unique. No breakfast. Overall, nice, but maybe not for $250 $23 parking, no breakfast or anything extra or special.

Love the location of the property in the Haymarket. The rooms are clean and large and pretty comfortable. View of the stadium and the hay market is nice. Didn't try the restaurants but I did use the work out room. It was clean and well equipped and the treadmill worked well. The facility has very heavy doors and the echo through the hall very loud. I didn't think the desk staff was friendly except the young lady working at our initial check in. The drapes in Room 607 didn't close completely and their is a lot of light coming in at night. while the parking is easy, its pretty expensive. It seems like there out to at least be a discount for guest parking there, but no, fee is $23 a day, so be sure you figure that in when comparing prices. Also they charge $100 a room extra on you credit card as a sort of security deposit, as if every guest is planning to throw a party. They tell you it will be refunded, but really guys, you are in the hospitality business. Overall we like the place, have stayed there before and probably will again given its location.

Property was awesome. Check in was horrible. Came at 330 for two rooms. Told they would be ready at check in time 4pm. One was ready. We did not get keys to the other room until around 6pm. During that time the staff was increasingly rude when we inquired as to whether the room was ready. Nobody wants to spend hours of the trip they paid a premium for waiting for their hotel room and being treated rudely by staff.

The location of this hotel is great especially for game days, but it is an quirky older hotel. The parking garage was full and had a broken elevator. The breakfast (not included with room) wasn't impressive and most items of the buffet were not stocked well. The lobby coffee also was constantly gone. The room was cute, Nebraska decorated with minimal tolietries. Only negative with room was toilet paper. We had only a small half-gone roll, and we met a lady in the elevator who had the same issue.

Very nice property excellent pool one of the best spoke with the gentleman that maintains the pool takes great pride in his work. The front desk staff did their job, but could’ve been more welcoming and assisted with choices for dining and places in the area not particularly hospitable.

We have stayed here before and had a good experience, but this time, three different staff members were indifferent or downright rude. Even other guests were talking about it in the elevator! When I checked in, I asked about valet parking. She snapped that they would not have valet all weekend, even though the valet sign was out weekend. The self park garage is a nightmare… It is so narrow and tight, you can barely get your car through it, as evidenced by all the scrapes on both sides. The second night I parked in a public lot- for $10 less. The air in our room did not work so the next morning I stopped at the front desk and was again treated like a bother (by a different staff member). She said she would put in a maintenance request, but the next night it still did not work. It was so hot and stuffy we couldn’t sleep. They also did not clean the room on Saturday. On Saturday, the keys on the entire floor we’re not working. Heading back to the lobby to have our keys reset, the other guests all talked about the rude staff. On a good note, we got two free drink, coupons and the bartenders in the hotel restaurant were great - even remembering our drink order from the night before. Overall, I do not plan on staying there again, mostly because of the staff!
