It's ok. It was midnight when we checked in. At that time, three front desks were still chatting with the guests who checked in. I stood there with a child and seven or eight people were waiting to check in. Then we waited for nearly an hour, but the front desk just ignored you chatting, which made people feel bad!

Esta bien la propiedad, es limpia, todo bien excepto en los elevadores es una fila larga para subir, otro es que la piscina de niños las cierran temprano, y los pasillos huele poco a cigarro, aclarado que de eso no tiene mucho control el personal, ya que la misma gente sabe que no tiene que fumar y lo hace, son adultos y se comportan peor que un niño pequeño

Customer service was great from the front desk to the dealers to the cashiers and everyone at the restaurants. Food options were really good also. Felt safe in the casino as well. My only knock on the property were the slow elevators. At times had to wait 5-10 mins for an elevator to go down. Will stay again if the right deal comes up.

We went to concert at the convention centre grounds, so the location was incredible for that. I know its on the older end of the strip, but the hotel is great. I actually preferred that it wasn't a huge, sprawling hotel like the Aria or Cosmo. Anything we wanted to do at the busier end of the strip, we either took the tram or drove. Cant beat the free parking for the Sahara either! Great spot

This hotel is much better choice that what anybody would think because is far north off the strip but is very clean nd the staff is very helpful. The monorail is a great addition to the property because allows you to travel safe and fast to ll the main hotels in the strip.

The TV set went out minute by minute, constantly locking up. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it, but they never arrived. How hard is it to have a working cable tv?

Room was covered in dust, internet and tv were down most of our stay. The property itself is beautiful, but that beauty disappears as soon as you’re off property. Definitely get a taxi/ride share and avoid walking at night

Would have put all 5 stars but room service showed up at 5 pm much later then what i was told and since we had just got back we weren't going to leave so they could clean. The other issue was the elevators my god they took up to 20 min and on check out day they didnt come down until they reached the top or weight limit. I had taken the stairs to check out after already waiting for 20 min for the elevator., my family ended up taking the stairs with strollers after waiting another 10 min and still no elevators. The facilities themselves needs some fine tuning but Lobby staff was friendly and quick both at check in and check out.Loved the fact that they had people around the hotel so it was easy to find someone when I needed something clarified.
