The hotel is very nice but they are not very customer centric. For instance, you can't take a coffee or sparkling water purchased at one of the hotel restaurants into another hotel restaurant. You also are not allowed to bring takeaway food into the pool that is clearly from another restaurant within the hotel, even though the restaurant by the pool is slow and the food poor quality.
Speaking of the pool, it closes at 6pm. The sun was still shining brightly on much of the pool and doesn't leave much time for those of us that like to sleep in on vacation and make our way to the pool at a leisurely pace.
Overall, good ambiance, nice rooms, but service/guest policies need quite a bit of improvement, particularly if they want to price their rooms at the level of other luxury Las Vegas hotels.
