I knew that the hotel was under renovation, but the elevator only worked up to the 4th floor, my room was on the 8th floor and my big problem was that I was with elderly people. Everything else was fine. I only stayed for one night.

1. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes para hacer check in a pesar de que ya habíamos reservado mediante la app. 2. Están haciendo remodelaciones al hotel y solamente funciona el elevador hasta el 4to piso, tienes que subir por la escalera si te toca más arriba. 3. Las habitaciones estaban un poco sucias, llenas de polvo. 4. Por la mañana no tuvimos agua en el cuarto, tuvimos que reportarlo a la recepción y después de 30 minutos se arregló. 5. El personal de recepción que nos atendió el día que hicimos check in, fue muy amable y resolvieron la confusión n que tuvieron.

HORRIBLE Experience! We are an elderly couple 77 years old to be exact and we were unable to stay in our room last night because the hotel is under construction and the elevator was not functioning last night when we arrived. Our room was in the 10th floor and the staff wanted us to walk 10 flights up. We had to look for a different hotel to spend the night, without our luggage and without our medication. We both use insulin and were not able to administer our insulin last night. The staff did not care!

I have stayed here about 10 times in the past 3 years and loved it until this last time. Our room was clean but roach and bed bug infested. Stayed there Sunday night. It is now Thursday, the bug bites all over by body have not ceased being itchy.I did tell the receptionist about the bugs and was told to call the manager after 10 am as that is when he/she shows up. That is the last time I stay there. The low price is not worth risking my health.
