The property was very run down and dirty. There was no breakfast or even coffee and tea as advertised. The door didn’t even close all the way. The cable box and microwave were not even plugged in. If my son had t been with me we would have been without tv. A train came blasting through at 3:30 am and sounded like it was coming right through our room. The bathroom mirror was duct taped together, the dresser drawers were broken, the fridge had hand print dents in the door, and everything was dirty. This place should be condemned.

This property looks noting like it’s photos. Also when I arrived I was asked for $100.00 cash for incidentals I had to convince the clerk to hold it on the card. Then when you see the room the beds were broken down, the floors and walls were filthy and the counter tops were scratched damaged and heavily glossed with pledge. I should have just left the property. Lesson learned.

The deposit is required for any guest staying 7 or more consecutive nights, but we can understand how it may be inconvenient. When you mentioned not having cash on hand, we had no problem doing a card authorization in lieu of the cash! We are so sorry to hear about the state of the room and we understand the importance of a comfortable and clean space. We will be renovating soon which will include new flooring, appliances, and likely tables! In the meantime, we will make sure to prioritize and remedy the issues you've mentioned. We are hoping for a chance to better serve you in the future!

it was suprisei. outside looks terrible. really used by truckers and rather rough looking workers as off interstates. however it was clean inside, with excellent shower massage and soft bed, not to far and easy commute to downtown 3rd street. extended my stay .rooms had metal doors?not for everyone

You are right, we do have a large number of guests who are staying here on extended stays while on business. With that, comes a lot of trash that is accumulated very quickly. Our maintenance man collects and disposes of the trash at least once a day, but it seems that is not enough to keep up with the property. Rest assured; we will take action to correct the issues you have mentioned in a timely manner! Here at Budget Inn, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. A total dump
Migrant workers and welfare housing facility doubles as hotel. If you're a woman that likes being stared at walking to and from your room with groups of shirtless migrant workers drinking and smoking,, this is your place. Some were getting into confrontations and already drunk by 8:00pm. My daughter and I did not feel safe. If the town were not sold out for family weekend at the University, we would have moved somewhere else right away.

Exterior of building is run down. Pool is out of service. Front desk and lobby very clean. Service very good and very nice. Room was very clean. Bed was one the most comfortable I have ever had at a motel stay. Don't judge a book by its cover. I would definetley stay here again.

The room was clean, the bed fair. May need new mattress soon. The biggest issue was the condition of the walkways. Staircases and interior walkway. It was almost the reaso. We did not stay. In need of major repairs and fresh paint.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at. Filthy doesn't even describe it. I had to buy bleach and clean the bathroom before we could even use it. Mold growing in the bathroom, tub drain plug broken, burn holes in the curtains, pillows smelled like sweaty heads, wasn't vacuumed, black all over the walls and doors, carpet so dirty your feet turned black, windows didn't seal properly so the train was extremely loud. Too much to even list it all. If it's between this hotel and staying in your car, choose your car.

I’ve stayed in some sketchy hotels growing up, but this one takes the cake. Did not feel comfortable leaving my pet or belongings in the room while we were gone. Ended up getting a rover for the pup and didn’t even stay the second night because of how bad this place was falling apart and how unsafe it felt. Wouldn’t even suggest this as a last resort, the whole building needs to be torn down and built from the ground up. Spend the extra $300 and stay somewhere else

The management has made an attempt to upgrade but it is like putting on a band aid instead of getting stitches. I felt it was fairly clean however the curtains were all falling off the rods, tv console base was really dusty. The light over the bathtub I felt was probably not up to code. I don't believe the floor had been vacuumed before we arrived as I picked up several things and put in trash. My husband said the people at the desk were very nice. We could get our key to work and had to ask the housekeeper to get us in and she had difficulty. I heard the gentlemen next door, urinating in the middle of the night. Bed was comfortable.

The room was horrible. The window had been broken and had ply board on it. The carpets were torn but the very worst thing was that the curtain rod was broken and we could not shut the curtain. Lamps were not plugged in and I could not reach the plug in between bed and wall.

The door deadbolt didn't have a hole to go in to. The whole building is poorly maintained. The grounds are cluttered and poorly maintained. The staff is friendly and the room was clean.

The room smelled musty. The sheets had not been changed, neither the towels. The sink was dirty. The toilet was leaking. The seat was broken. The door of the room closed with difficulty. The walls are not thick, the neighbors put on loud music. Only positive point: the receptionist, overwhelmed, did her best.

The front desk clerk was very accommodating- she brought ice to the room after we found no ice in two machines. This was by far the filthiest motel we have encountered. The room was adequate but the property a shambles, filthy exterior staircase, 3’ high pile of stinky garbage in ext hall.
