美好回憶
美好回憶，日後有機會會再來。環境清幽舒適，大堂登記入住有welcome drink，坐著等人來幫我check in，大堂沒有冷氣但很舒適，不熱。坐電動車送我們及行李上房間，房間已經預先開左冷氣，隨後幾天都沒有關，一直開，晚上蓋被子要開大一點。之後我們去做spa，兩個人一千港幣一小時，跟香港差不多，做完spa精神曬。當晚有美麗的沙灘燭光晚餐，如要日落景色要六點入坐哦，我們晚了，七點只有少少彩霞，晚餐有點貴哦，看得出愛人很重視啦，酒店給我們升級了海景房一晚。隨後幾晚就愛人自己加錢升級了。之後幾天上午出去水上活動，下午有時間會睡下午覺，夜晚行沙灘，向東行有行多商家，向西行有酒店餐廳，我們主要向東行，因為沙灘是公眾的，行二十分鐘會去到夜市，晚餐可以這裡解決，很便宜。 注意事項： 1.如有蚊子，要用酒店提供的蚊香，不會有味道 2.要善用酒店內的免費電動車服務 3.如有昆蟲雀鳥進房，要關燈開窗或門，讓其出去 4.浴缸出水黃色，不建議使用，我用花灑出水，好像好一點，其實都黃黃的 5.有兩間早餐廳，但我們只去了一間有點可惜 6.服務員態度很好，很有誠意，有巡邏員感覺安心 7.洗水盆去水很慢很慢 8.近沙灘，一分鐘就到，到沙灘玩一定要噴蚊怕水，很多昆蟲叮咬

餐廳食物good 自助餐,早餐都不錯。 接待員工服務態度，熱城不及比泰國旅遊區好。 但其他員工還可以。 房間有怪怪的氣味， 露台項部聚集鳥及蝙蝠，夜晚會有聲，地板堆了dropping 但平日拾房並沒有清理⋯

Overall nice, but service a bit slow
The hotel room and its view is nice generally, and with a private beach which is silent and comfortable. The hotel area is large and you could go anywhere in the hotel by buggy. The cons are air-con is not that cool, and service is a bit slow when you dial to reception for just a wine opener!

It's absolutely a great experience staying at this resort. Their staff was very friendly, and the environment was neat and beautiful. But the shower water wasn't hot enough though. Overall it's great!

酒店是仿馬來高腳平房,很有特色,沿着珍南海灘,無論海灘和綠化環境都十分優美 員工們非常友善,懂英語/廣東話/普通話,會盡力為客人安排所需,村內有高爾夫球車接送,一次我從泳池步行回房間,途中有司機經過並主動問我到那裡,他可以送我,令人窩心. 5天旅程很愉快,希望再有機會再遊.

真的不要入住, 我三點後到達, 卻要等50分鐘才可以到房間, 途中一直問, 還是一直要求我等, 又沒有確實的等待時間, 我的TEA TIME, 就在酒店LOBBY一直等, 浪費時間而家客服人員態度差, 話我只可以等, 因為他也沒辦法幫我. 房間好像沒有冷氣般, 跟戶外一樣温度. 但夏天接近30度, 整潔度不足, 毛巾擺放位置不整齊, 不是我挑剔, 是跟本一眼可以看到. 價錢並不是便宜, 我特地挑較貴的湖景房, 但今次的體驗真的超級差!!!! 浮羅交怡絕對有更多更好的選擇

I chose the beachfront room for 2 nights. However, I felt disappointed when I saw the beach view. There were so many coconut tree which blocked the views of beach and sea. Furthermore, my beachfront room was not connected with the beach. It was blocked separated. I couldn't step out from my room to the beach directly. I found that there were another beachfront room where the balcony was connected with beach. People who lived there could step out from their room directly to the beach. The beachfront room charged HK$1,750.26 /night. I think It was so tricky that the hotel didn't mention anything about it for the beachfront room but just slight difference between the price (there were the beachfront room on the list, which charged for few hundred dollars more). And the facilities were old and outdated, such as the kettle and the light setting. The bed and pillows were also not tough enough. It was too soft and not so comfortable. I stayed in Langkawi for few nights. It was the most expensive hotel that I chose but the facilities were worsen than the hotel which is much lowest price. (Five-hold price difference!) Nevertheless, The hotel staff was nice, especially the male staff who could speak Cantonese and Mandarin. He was so proactive and helpful. The breakfast was not bad. There were diversified food. However, it'd be better if the fruit counter didn't be hidden so sneaky. The location of hotel was not bad too. Not so far from Cenang Street, just about 10~15 minutes walk.

酒店環境非常美麗，房間向海可看日落，有兩個大的室外泳池同一個多玩意的兒童泳池，poolside order 食物同啤酒又平又好食。酒店位置亦很方便，步行10mins就有很多美食同店舖。早餐有西式同東南亞兩個餐廳，都算多選擇！只是房間冷氣唔夠冷，燈光非常暗! 我們是下午6時才check in 只有我們一家，但要等半小時才辦好手續，上到房間又要等行李，等了一小時，期間打了5次電話催行李才到！

Die renovierten Zimmer mit Meerblick sind wirklich super. Ein großer Balkon mit zwei Stühlen hat man auch. Am Strand sind ausreichend liegen und Schattenplätze. Die beiden Pools sind wirklich auch sehr schön angelegt. Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht. Dieses war ausgesprochen lecker. Man hatte die Auswahl zwischen zwei frühstückslokalen. Beide sind zu empfehlen. Fussläufig sind zahlreiche Restaurants , Bar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Great beach location and overall hotel excellent. Good spacious rooms too. The pools (2 of them) were great sizes and there was a children’s fun pool too. The surrounding town has some authentic Malayan restaurants but for those not use to holidaying or traveling in Asia they may seem a little basic but the food is pretty good overall. Hotel has a great breakfast choice and the evening meals were a good option for those clients chose to stay on resort

We had a great 5 night stay. Our room was had an island view with balcony where we could sit and watch the sunset. We used the large cascade pool (the other pool was more for families) which was great. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and two locations to choose from. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is a short taxi/Grab ride to the airport and it was easy to walk into town either along the beach or the road.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The property is really nice with great facilities. Our toddler enjoyed the kids pool. Very friendly, caring and helpful staff that genuinely was interested in providing service. The first 2 days of our stay, we felt that service could be more efficient but after that we had no issues at all. We loved the dinner buffet and the overall vibe on the weekend. We definitely would recommend this property to our friends and family.

‘Be stayed many times over the years.’ The recent infrastructure changes have led to significant improvements in key areas (rooms brighter; cascade pool now larger bigger bar). However the main reception area has lost much of its charm (not much of a social area anymore) and the service levels have dropped somewhat. The staff are as lovely as always, but it all feels a bit ‘corporate’ compared to a few years ago when ‘attention to detail’ seemed to matter more.

Hotel is older but very well maintained. Staff are excellent! Breakfast was a solid B, but could use some added options. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, but the VIP Access was never acknowledged or offered in any manner. I highly recommend this property for convenience and affordability.

Good: Located in Cenang, location is walkable to the main street or cheap Grab ride away from everything. Refurbished cascade pool, great staff, large rooms which are clean and refurbished. Off peak season low prices as compared to other properties. We stayed during Chinese new year when the price was same as Westin. Great for kids, new kids club plus animal farm. Spa is new reasonably priced and exceptional service Bad : Food is crap sorry there are no other words to describe it. The main pool will be nice once refurbished (planned between July2024 to Dec 2024) in current state I was concerned either myself or my kid will step on a broken tile and cut ourselves. Again we tried all three food outlets the lobby, Pelangi and spice, offerings are expensive and worst I have tried in an 5star property. If you skip the food I will be repeat customer for food I will go to nextdoor Casa Del Mar(walking) for dinner or lunch and smiling buffalo for breakfast(7 ringgit grab ride). Dec to April is dry seasons we had brown water coming out of tap but were assured it was already treated, so stuck to bottled water and no one got sick so it was indeed treated. 2024 Jan-Feb was exceptionally dry in Langkawi. Property facilities are being renovated and if the main pool is refurbished we might revisit and hope the F&B offering improves. No upgrade or great perks with VIP access (gold) but may be it was peak season with Chinese new year. Gym: add rowing machine and more instruments

Great upgraded facilities
Thi is the third time I’ve stayed here in ten years and the refurbishment has made a great difference. I’m really hoping the main pool is also ungraded as it really needs it. The cascade pool was great but the other pool has shade which is great for kids. It just felt dirty and run down. I didn’t receive my gold rewards discounts on dining unfortunately

Birthday holiday
The staff were so friendly and we were greeted with drinks and a very easy check in As I was celebrating a big birthday the hotel upgraded us to a sea view room. The stay totally made the birthday holiday special. Thank you
