早餐在11樓,面對海景非常優美。 停車是valet有一點不方便,飯店沒有提供bottle of water,要去對面便利商店買,其他方面大致不錯,工作人員很親切。

Loved the property upon arrival and service that we received. However, the room was a huge disappointment! The walls were paper thin, so we can hear our neighbors talking and their TV playing. The bathroom looked good upon arrival, except when you started to use the bathroom, it was sad. The visual of the shower shower gel, shampoo and conditioner looked great, but only the conditioner pump worked. Plus, we found a pubic hair on the soap dish. The next morning, our neighbors were smoking weed (even though these are non-smoking rooms), and had to open the sliding door to the patio. We didn’t realize till this time that our sliding door had been opened all night. The cleaning team never bothered to close it before exiting the room. Never coming back! It’s a nice hotel in the lobby, but the rooms are a huge disappointment and not with the money!

We stayed in a suite on an upper floor which had magnificent views of the ocean. The room had been renovated and was smartly designed and appointed. All of the staff were personable and responsive. The location is close to a convenience store and gas station. Unfortunately, the restaurant was still being renovated.

Overall, a great stay. But be aware they charge a $25 "destination fee" which you can get back if dine at the hotel. Also did not receive the $15 Hilton Gold credit as advertised. Not big deal, but doesn't look good for the hotel.

Maybe I have been spoiled, but asking for the basic cleanliness in a guest room should be a standard. We have found a used contact lens was dried up and stuck on the bathroom wall in the powder room, shower gel was completely empty upon arrival, finding hair stuck on the hairdryer and the bath towel… better yet, asked to open the sofa bed and rollaway bed upon leaving to dinner, still not being done when we returned. The housekeeping staff was telling me how to open the sofa bed, which I would never expected myself to do so. No bedding items were provided like sheets, pillows nor comforters, he literally opened the bed and asked if I needed anything else. The story can go on and on, and no explanation of my benefit upon arrival. However, the food in the lobby restaurant was good, we had a good breakfast there.

I only stayed 1night but when I was checking out the desk clerk charged me for 2 resort fees of $25.00 each any said it was because I was there 2 days. I challenged her and she took one of the days off but I think it was strange to have even been charged.

Please read this review! This hotel is the absolute worst....its is in a great location but honestly not worth the money. To start we drove up and parked our car...only to find a DEAD rat right outside our car door. We went in checked in to our OCEAN VIEW room we booked got our key and we were put on the second floor over looking the parking lot.... then to top it off we went to sleep that night and around 2am the lights in our room all turned on meanwhile we were fast asleep.... my husband and I felt like we were being watched or something...what lights turns on in the middle of the night.. also will not refund for the terrible experience... take your business else where.
