交通方便，如果您喜歡祇園（包括東山區）這是很好的選擇。位居眾多名店的四条通，喜歡和文化的您應該會喜歡這裡。如果要說缺點就是床太軟跟有點舊了，房間也很小。建議訂雙床間。

位置好性价比高

在日本看到很多APA酒店，位置都很不错，这家也不例外，楼下就是公交车站和星巴克，右行一百米是著名的八坂神社，左行一百米是花见小路，再走一会就是地铁站，非常方便。屋内环境也很不错，很干净，行李箱也可以打开，还贴心的折了一只小纸鹤，看到心情就美美哒，拉开窗帘看到八坂神社就更开心了。以这个价位来说真的是物超所值了！

飯店服務很好，原先飯店給我的房間在電梯旁，但因我比較怕吵，向飯店提出後立刻換給我。位置佳，就在八坂神社前，十分推薦給要去知恩院和八坂神社跨年的人。

新飯店在祗園附近位置算熱鬧到河原町逛街也很近, 新飯店設備都很新但房間太小. 行李無法打開要放到床舖才能開很不方便.
